I bought the Downtown suit which cost £3000 in total .
Initially it looked like what we were expecting.
We noticed the arms on the suite were loose .
Sofology sent a technician who failed to improve the issue.
They then sent further technician who informed me there was a design fault with this suite.
They attempted to rectify the issue by inserting screws into the suite framework.
This made this worse .
They agreed to refund me with no suggestion of what they would do until l sourced a replacement.
To save us being without a suite we then looked at an alternative again from Sofology.
This time we paid a further £1900 which brought our cost to approximately £5000 .
On arrival the suite looked fine .
Within days the Westwood suite became a total nightmare, disgraceful quality.
The sitting areas looked as though they were years old ,no bounce back ,the seating area material looked baggy .
The worst suite l have ever seen .
After having a technician out to try and convince me by installing foam slabs which looked ridiculous Sofology then tried their best to ask me to accept this disgraceful furniture.
I refused and received a further refund .
Again left with no furniture and no compensation for the poor service.
I definitely wouldn't be buying anything else from Sofology or their sister company.

I would like to know why Sofology have sold these 2 suites with these problems.
Do you not have an inspection and standards team looking at these items prior to passing on these problems to the public.
If not l suggest you organise this going forward.
As for now asking us if you could now do anything because of all the issues you have caused l think you yourselves should know what you should be doing.
You have left the Mrs without furniture while we sort a replacement.
No apologies no compensation.
We gave you the benefit of doubt when we paid a further £1900 for the second suite which turned out to be worse .
Any reason why this was allowed to happen.

No problem at all with the purchase experience.
Bought from their Allure range which is the most uncomfortable settee we have ever owned.
Already have contacted Sofology just after we bought the suite. Told nothing they could do, should have tried it out longer in the shop. We kept coming back to the display suite a number of times.

From the minute we met Jo she was lovely. So helpful, respectful and clearly explained everything to us.
Jo allowed us to borrow a couple of samples home to enable us to choose the correct colour.
