Fantastic customer service! We have been in today and placed an order for our new sofa and chair. We were served by Linda, Hem and also briefly spoke to another colleague earlier in the day whose name we didn’t catch. However, all 3 people that we spoke to or dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, kind and we weren’t rushed and we had all of our questions were answered. I was very excited to visit to sofology as I’d read lots of positive reviews and I was not disappointed. We are very happy with our experience so far and would definitely recommend MK Sofology to family and friends!

I had a fantastic experience with Sofology from start to finish. The showroom was welcoming, the range of sofas was impressive, and the quality really stood out. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful without being pushy, which made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free.
I found the perfect sofa and couldn’t be happier with it — it’s exactly as described, beautifully made, and incredibly comfortable. Delivery was smooth and well-organised, and everything arrived in perfect condition.
Overall, Sofology exceeded my expectations in every way. Great products, excellent customer service, and a seamless buying experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality sofa.

Linda is an absolute star.
Had a fantastic experience today at Sofology Milton Keynes. Linda was a delight, she was polite, professional and not at all pushy. She allowed us time to browse without feeling like we were be followed everywhere.
She answered all our questions, and provided all the information we required whilst making our sofa decision.
During the purchase phase she was open and honest and we never felt pressured to purchase anything.
A 5 star experience today, Linda you were amazing.
