Great service great staff

We called in last week and met Aaron at the Doncaster store and he was great, we’d just been to a competitor and had all the usual sales pressure of the sale might end, delivery times might go up etc, Aaron did none of that and it was honestly so refreshing! He spent time showing us what we were looking for, giving us the different costs and emailing them over, he followed up as promised with some measurements and replied when I’d queried some sizes. We haven’t ended up buying the sofa but that’s purely down to the colour not quite being right for us, so I just wanted to make sure Aaron got the recognition he deserves. Thank you Aaron!

Went to sofology in Doncaster to choose our ideal sofa package . Shaun a member of the team approached and guided us into the right direction. Gave us all the information we needed . Shaun was very supportive, even offered us a coffee while we sat on the sofa in the shop to make sure it was the right choice .
We are looking forward to our new sofa package when it arrives around 12 weeks .

From entering the building we were left alone to brouse and look at all the suites on show. When we had chosen what we wanted the lady who came to sort out choice was very helpfull and professional. We would recommend to everybody pop jn znd take a look around.

She was very cheerful and honest with the questions we asked her
It was very relaxing to order our suites not anxious like it can be sometimes

The sales rep was amazing was not rushing us in to purchase and took out time to speak to our son and actually entertain him. She gave us the information we wanted and needed and physically showed us different ways the sofa would work best for us.
