We were advised by John. He was helpful without being over powering, which made such a difference to the experience. We don’t feel pounced on as soon as we entered the store. John was pleasant in manner, and this made such a difference, he was amazing.

Julia and Daniel were both extremely helpful. They understood my needs and my wishes and offered helpful advice to aid my decision The ordering process was fully explained and at no time did I feel pressured. I would highly recommend sofology

Really great experience buying from Sofology. It's a good size store with plenty of sofas to try. Nic was incredibly helpful and explained everything thoroughly. A very efficient process.

John, the salesman, met us when we entered the shop. was friendly and around if we needed assistance. Once we had chosen the sofa we wanted he made us a drink then explained all the Ts & Cs and various add on options without the hard sell, which was appreciated.

We were approached when we first went in the store by Julia then we were left alone to browse, no pressure selling but we knew to ask if we needed more info, the first time we went we didn't know for sure which to buy so we found Julia and she gave loads of info, but didn't come across as wanting a sale, more on a going shopping with a friend kinda vibe, we returned two days later and made our purchase, fortunately for us she was working so she talked us through all the options, again no pressure. We went to other outlets and the pressure made us want to leave as soon as we walked in, the quality of the stock is also really good, if you want hassle free shopping this is the place, I'd definitely recommend.
