I've had a wonderful experience with DiviSupply.com, and I want to highlight just how good their customer support is.

I've been using the Molti Ecommerce theme for years and it has never let me down. But honestly? The theme is almost secondary at this point.

The support is what keeps me here.

Every time I've reached out, the response has been fast, helpful, and shows a true desire to help. They don't just answer the question. They look beyond the question to the reason behind it - so they can solve the actual problem. Sometimes before I've even fully articulated what the problem is. That kind of support is rare, and I don't take it for granted.

If the themes were average, I would still be a customer. They're not average though. They're excellent. Great design, solid build, reliable performance. So the fact that the support is this good on top of that? Honestly, it's a combination that's hard to walk away from.

If you're on the fence, get off it. You won't regret it.

I utilize Molticommerce as my main go to child theme for divi and build my own creative spin per brand on it. Samar created this with flexibility and quick functionality in mind for develops and website creators.
Simply a must have asset. It also comes with other components that allow inclusion of different pages and blocks that help make your site unique when modified, if needed.

I had a minor code issue and got excellent help!

I had a minor issue with the display of the Shipping address and Additional Information blocks on the Checkout page. Samar responded quickly and was able to identify the problem, and provide a solution.

I bought the Molti eCommerce theme and had 2 issues—1 theme related, 1-operator error. Regardless Samar responded quickly and fixed the problems right away. It's been a great theme too. It's been a FAST theme as well. I would buy another from this developer for sure.

After encountering some errors while getting my website started, Samar was able to jump in quickly and help me resolve a few importing issues. Overall child theme is great with lots of flexibility and Samar's support is first class.

Samar provided prompt and friendly service. He was provide direction on how to resolve our website issues and where needed, quickly provide hands-on fixes.

The theme is great. It has all the bells and whistles you would want. But the tech support is even better. I've been having troubles, presumably on my end getting everything to work correctly.

I found the code quality of Samar's themes so good I bought the membership. Support was also excellent when I needed it even though it was probably my fault why the function wasn't working.

Hello, Carlos Sanchez writes from Mexico. I am about 70 years old and I am reinventing my career to make money through the Internet. My experience with Divi, Wordpress, and of course with Samar themes is very poor, because I have less than a year handling these technologies.
Less than a month ago I bought Samar's Themes, the one from Forever Life, and I am finishing my first site with one of his Molti themes. Of course, an experienced person would take much less time than mine.
The theme presents good information on how to do things and if any difficulty arises, you write to Samar and he responds in less than 24 hours.
I have really found good information and support, which has given me confidence to continue with this new activity for me.
It is easy, quick to modify, and you have good support.
I hope that my poor opinion will help those interested to get encouraged and acquire Samar's themes. Thank you.
