Went to the Tavistock branch the t-shirts I bought for my sons for Christmas had 50% off and when I got to the very friendly girl at the till to pay I had another 10% off came away very happy.

There was a slight mix up with the item not being put through for delivery after 6 days. The important thing is the matter was sorted with one phone call and delivery accelerated.

Didn’t receive my parcel twice
Didn’t receive my parcel twice and kept getting sent back. I expect to receive refunds for these. Delivery procedure needs improving so that notes can be made for WhatThreeWords to be input, so that location is more accurate. In the end after the 3rd time of ordering, I decided to get it sent to a local shop rather than having it sent to my house, as they couldn’t deliver correctly.
