Great coat

Great coat, warmer than expected and water proof (got caught in heavy downpour and kept me nice and dry!). Have received several compliments. All in all would highly recommend.

I didn't get my item

I didn't get my item. When I went to collect it the post office didn't have it. I had an email to say it was there and a tracking number. I just received a generic response when contacted salt rock so have to go through process again.

Didn’t receive items within delivery period. No communication to advise of problems!

Order was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 working days. This didn’t happen and there was no communication whatsoever from Saltrock. I contacted them and was told they had changed their delivery terms and it would now be 5-7 days. There had been no communication regarding this. They couldn’t guarantee a delivery date so I wa a forced to cancel as the items were required for an upcoming holiday.

Lovely and welcoming

The younger girl on the counter at the store in Mumbles was brilliantly patient with me. I was waiting for my family to catch up after seeing some items in the sale for my boys and was faffing and indecisive about a changing robe and some swimwear. She was lovely, offering help and assistance and then again really helpful when the family arrived and madness descended!
