Nice well made clothes.

The clothes are well made and attractive. I usually order a smaller size as they are generous. I gave 4 stars as my order took 2 weeks to arrive due to bank holiday delay. In the past my order arrived much more quickly.

Zero stars

Ordered trunks but sent wrong colour. Replacement received but again in the wrong colour. Re-ordered trunks a week ago and still not dispatched. Refund concerningly slow - now 15 working days rather than the ten days stated on their website. Emails sent but only automated responses ever received back. So to sum up, as it currently stands they send the wrong items, haven't responded to emails, don’t dispatch items and won’t refund. They give the excuse they’re just a small team yet manage to operate 76 branches around the UK. Zero stars!

Nice brand... Can have better service.

Normally I go to Gloucester Quays. The store is nice, tidy and have a good stock and great prices. But staff normally ignores me when I'm around, sometimes they don't even say hi. I mean it's not like I want them to give me attention but, I work in retail and there's always nice to approach to customers and try to help. Last time the customer in front of me in the queue was offered an electronic receipt, but I wasn't... I wonder why? Any ways. Good store I like the brand.
