My order was placed on 28/8 and…

My order was placed on 28/8 and processed 1/9. Websites says 3-5 days delivery. I was anxious about my delivery as I was going away. Customer Service replied it’s 5-7 days. Not very helpful
Thankfully it arrived in time.
Product great.
Won’t shop online again!

Placed an order for some holiday…

Placed an order for some holiday clothes for a holiday coming up next week; ordered 7 days ago with delivery saying 3-5 working days but still no dispatch / order update since placing. Doubting it will arrive in time! Frustrating.

I put an order in on the 31st August. Still waiting for delivery on the 8th September. I haven't received any updates on the order to keep me informed of progress. Feeling disappointed.

Excellent customer and service and range of sizes in store. Great value with the sale and extra discount. Quality of clothing washes and still feels and looks like new after months of usage.

Fantastic quality & price

Fantastic quality & price, i especially like the boardwalk cap because it's closure can be opened easily & attached to my bag or belt loop,
I have purchased a few of these over the past few years along with the Dockyard caps.
