Great communication before the job right up to Brandon contacting me to tell me what time he could be with me the next day and then asking if he could come early on the day. Great workmanship and the panel looks as good as new. Tidy, you would not know he had been at all.

It was a good service once the wait of 10 weeks from booking had elapsed. The quality of the work done is excellent.

Had my Focus wheels refurbished by Mike and the team at the Chester/Deeside branch as there were kerb marks to one and flaking paint on the others. My initial WhatsApp message was replied to very promptly, as were further follow-up messages. I chose to drop the wheels off rather than leave the car and I also supplied new tyres to be fitted. The guys were happy to do this.

I was kept up-to-date with the progress, they even checked with me to see if I had replacement wheel logo stickers (I did).

A few days later I got a message to say the wheels were ready, exactly when they said they would be. They look fantastic! The damage has gone, not even a trace of where it was. They even used black weights as the wheels are black, something not everyone would take the attention to do. Fantastic service, highly recommended!
