When i first met Lisa she was warm and…

When i first met Lisa she was warm and welcoming and gave us plenty of time to view the homes.She had driven up from Kent and had already spoken to residents to find a community hall where many evenrs take place. This was very helpful moving into a new environment. She has always been very friendly and considerate during phone calls since.I would consider Lisa to be a good envoy for the company as was informative 'helpful and never pushed us to make a choice.

Disorganisation of Management

Disorganisation of Management.
Since the Mangement decided to reorganise staffing, the standard at Tall Trees Park has dropped dramatically. Everywhere looks so unkempt and because of scarcity of full time staff jobs are not done properly.
We have lived here for 14 years and honestly thought Regency would bring the Park back to the wonderful standard we encountered when we first moved here, but unfortunately it has gone downhill rapidly.

We purchased our beautiful home May 2026 and what a wonderful place it is to live. From the moment we completed the purchase to our final move in date June 12th we’ve received fantastic support from Julianne Rock. She’s been professional, friendly and most importantly passionate about ensuring we are happy in our new home.

The lady who greeted us on our first visit was welcoming and very polite.
From then onwards she was helpful and always had our interest at heart.

We met with Sue Evans at the…

We met with Sue Evans at the site,Dolbeare Court. Sue was patient right through the process showing all the for sale properties. After our second visit we picked one and so far it has been a pleasant experience. If Sue keeps this approach she will sell many homes. She has been brilliant.

Dolbeare Court

From the day we first went to show interest in the Park Homes, all the way through to completion and getting Mum & Dad settled in, Regency Living, especially Sue Evans and Darren Stacey have been friendly helpful and supportive. Pam and Kev meet Lisa

The area we were looking at was not Lisa's, she had to travel quite a distance which must have taken a fair few hours for which we were very grateful.
Lisa was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns .Unfortunately the two plots available were not for us.Lisa totally understood our position we, both feel Regency Living and Reculver Herne Bay are very lucky to have such a friendly conscientious employee.

We live on Regency solent grange…

We live on Regency solent grange milford on sea . Recently the park has been un loved cut backs and unrealistic developments in decicions made by the owners. We now don't have what we were promised when we bought into the a gated secure development. All now looks very unloved

Lovely park, Lisa in sales was excellent, great knowledge of the park, homes, options and local area. The deal they agreed on the exchange with my mother’s current home wa great value. Highly recommend.

Solent Grange.

We found Solent Grange after a chance conversation with a friend. We made an appointment and met Belinda from Regency Living.

We loved the Omar Ikon and eventually put a deposit on our dream home. We decided to use the Assisted Move option and was introduced to Darren.

The whole process took approximately 8 months. This was mainly due to our buyer organising an Architect, Surveyor and Structural Engineer and at one point they lost their buyer!

During this time we were supported fully by Darren and Belinda from Regency Living.

We love our new home, there is a lot more space than you realise. Solent Grange is a great site with fantastic views looking towards the IOW.

We feel very lucky.

Property at Upton

We came and look at some of the properties at regency living at Upton. We needed a property for our mum everyone is so friendly at the site and when we had problems with anything we spoke to aiden carter and he sorted it out very quickly and kept us up to date with everything and we did a part exchange on mum's place and we go for a walk on the site most days and everybody kept speaking to us and i think my mum will be very happy on this site thank you so much for everything

Reculver Court Kent

We were down in Kent on holiday, we just popped in to ask a few questions & have a look around. Met Lisa for the first time, her knowledge of the whole process of buying a park home was invaluable, explained that we are not in a position to buy at the present time, just gaining knowledge. Lisa took us through the whole process with time to answer any of our questions, the visit could not have gone any better & we will be sure to keep in touch.
What we liked was the time spent with Lisa was time well spent, if the park has homes for sale when we are ready we will be going back to Reculver Court & hopefully be dealing with Lisa again.

Lisa was wonderful

Lisa was wonderful when my Dad decided to look at Reculver Court. She was kind and friendly and she really cared about my Dad and helping him by answering his questions and advocating for him when needed. Dad is now very excited to move into his new home ASAP.

Since moving into Solent Grange a…

Since moving into Solent Grange a number of issues have emerged.
Primarily because of changes in the operational structure that is taking place by Regency. We have experienced the effect of this first hand.

We have many issues with Regency Living…

We have many issues with Regency Living at this moment.
This stems from poor communication, poor management of the Solent Grange site , site not well maintained, promises broken.
Unfortunately at this time the list goes on.
I hope it improves, but I feel unless the attitude of the company changes I don't hold out much hope.
