REGENCY COURT NEWTON ABBOT.
The sales lady, Sue, was excellent and really sold the home and the site. I purchased in February 2026 so the site naturally was not looking its best, but I was assured it would be gorgeous in the spring. When I moved in there was a site manager on site 5 days a week, a really helpful guy, and there was a coffee lounge open all day. Within a month the company had been taken over, the owners were not informed of this, and all changed. The site manager was dismissed, the coffee lounge only open spasmodically, and there has been no proper maintenanceof the site. So called gardeners come and go but appart from trimming the grass nothing is done and its going downhill. Its such a shame as the location is good and the site has a lot of potential, the other owners are lovely, but the new management company are unwilling to do anything despite the high site fees. I'm sorry to say this as I feel I was misold this home and its only the pleasentness of the other owners that i stay.

Sharon at regency living helped when our sellers solicitor kept waiting for a reply.Once I phoned Sharon she responded straight away to speed things up and made the process better
She also answered our questions on what we needed forms to fill out while having different jobs doing

Well to start I was told there was a nice new build room looked lovely on the pictures when viewing it was still under construction but then within a week was allowed to move in to a room that wasn’t completed CHRIS JAMESON took my 1350 then like a week later was told to move out because of licensing issues so I did and when I asked for my rent and deposit back it have just been led down the road 3 weeks later and still no word or my money back I wouldn’t recommend using this agency as they seem to be a shambles taking money off vunrable People seeking somewhere to live and then nothing absolut jokers

Excellent Service
We were very impressed with Lisa who showed us around the residential park and potential homes. We found Lisa very professional and not at all pushy in sales. Lisa is a credit to the company and her lovely demeanour showed, Lisa answered all our questions plus we were offered a slice of homemade cake and a cup of tea whilst we discussed the options. The park itself is up and coming and lovely and tranquil with lovely walks opposite the park. We are looking to purchase a new park home here and be part of a lovely community.

We came down from London on Sunday (open day) and was met by the lovely Lisa. She was very welcoming and very knowledgeable, she was able to answer all our questions. This is a new venture for us so we’re just trying to find our way around this new world of park living. Fantastic Reculver Court
I first visited Reculver Court back in March 2026 and met Lisa, the company's sales representative. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the site and the available homes.
It took two visits to make a decision that this was where we wanted to live. Lisa gave us her undivided attention and time to look at the various homes, going back on a couple to make sure we were completely happy to proceed with a purchase.
Its taken until now to complete our home sale, enabling us to purchase our brand new park home. Throughout this Lisa has been absolutely brilliant. Giving us support as time went by. We visited the site regularly and she always made us feel at home.
We are delighted now we are moved in. This is a fabulous coastal area and a lovely site.
Not only have I got a new home I've found a new friend in Lisa.

Just moved into Rochester Court
Just moved into Rochester Court, Bere Regis having relocated from Surrey.
Started this process in January 2026 when I met Sales Executive Extraordinaire, Aiden Carter, who has been my rock through the whole process.
I chose a bespoke home and spent weeks working with a designer to bring my dream to life - from my thoughts, to paper, to build, to living in it. I made a decision not to see any pictures of the build along the way, as you only get a first impression once and that, for me, was moving in day. I opened my front door and cried. It was everything I hoped for but so much more. Stunning, wow, magical, a dream and many more adjectives 🤩.
Aiden has supported me through tough times, unsure decisions, laughter, advice and integrity. Nothing has been too much trouble for him - good communicator, depth of knowledge and understanding.
Many thanks Aiden - my new life, new home in a new location starts now.
Also want to thank Matt Clare, Sales Advisor at Rochester Court, who is helping me settle into my new home and deal with my day to day questions etc.
