1200e they pay me for my car. My car price is 14000e. I pay back 4000e in 6months...mafia. I do that never ever again..

Stefan Panagiotis really does care and give best work and support in need of people. I never have done or get help without a bank and I was scared but seeing Stefan and his transparency then to get money help in a day why not giving back bigger compensation. I could not belive until he explained. Stefan now enter on Swiss customer focuss and same way he gives trust he needs to chlallange and by laws: when a car is registered MFK is automatically authorise and full secure insurance...Swiss system is: they give first and after 30 days...they invoice customer...but Stefan wanted to follow his company guide but also really put a lot of effort for me, and stayed longer just to close my case because I requested help at same day so he did. Thats the value....
Also cant understand company value, requested bigger ammount and safety and quality car...they offer less instead of healthy country I am sure, they can merge better pricing and offer. This is not his fault. Is policy or some people who do not look further. I asked just a bigger ammount and was 2k more...In Switzerland they give more to sustain the need. they look in story, people lives, work balance and history...so my feedback... mindset based on culture and pay % refund as customer pays a bigger fee. Win Win situation.
Also culture people count. Stefan is Greek so he wants best to help and put the customer first.
Please update the regions in switzerland. Also bellow could not find Basel site and swiss people judge.
Contract customer should be easy guide for 3 months...and another for more...Stefan had way to much patience with me to explain because does not show in the contract that I am safe to land and ''sell my car''...but to be CERTAIN that any agreement made and customer follow to reflect safety. I Had the impression I might not even get back the car, after paying back what has been agreed. I work with legal pharma Global and I suggest just to give a clear guidance from your law and also customer rights and safety.
Overall I am impressed as I lead my private company and sometimes I need immediate founds by approving projects. I was not satisfied for brand new car: 38830 CHF to get 15.500 CHF...I think could be easy negotiation with 18 k or 20k ....no one will want to loos a car over 15.500..and actually ending with 14.000 paying new car insurance with no sense as by law car was already secured and also policy law had time 30-60 days to pay..by that Pfadi could offer more and get more interest. I work similar based on precentence vs projects. I land 70% of project value, because by law in Switzerland as lander I cant loose at all...so I offer more but gain more.
Thank you Stefan and one if his colleague too offering amazing work for me personally. He won just because of humanity! Looking forward to still be in touch in case and please take this as business ideas insights not negative feedback at all.

First i was a customer about 2 years. I payed everything and closed my contract. The conditions are brutal... it is a legal criminal.
But most important after 2 years as a correct customer i have a 1419 bonus points wich i can change for rewards.
I have called customer service about 3 or 4 time end they didn't do nothing. Now they say i can't use them because i don't have a active contract. Why nobody didn't told me that before.
Second one month i have paid my month rate 2 times. For biti problems i have called customer service and they have hanged the phone and nobody answer to my calls anymore.. Thats a legal fraud.
Third... when i have made a contract the manager in Karlsruhe have taken my phone and had write a review with my name here on trustpilot..
Since i can proof everything what i have written i want to know can I ask for a legal help somewhere in Germany?
Like i said i was a correct customer they didn't give me back money which i have paid twice and they have simply hanged the phone when i have asked
