Great products paired abysmal customer service. Emails are ignored, by both management and staff. I experienced a defective product, they couldn't have been any more unhelpful, or rude.
The fact the founders don't respond or take customer complaints seriously, shows how it filters down to the rest of their incompetent staff, namely Rebecca Wallace.
Worst puzzle ever
Got a 500 piece “Stanger Things” puzzle for Christmas. Was literally the cheapest and worst made puzzle ever!! The material was only slightly thicker than card stock. Pieces did not interlock and failed to stay together. Do not waste your money on this item unless you are extremely patient and think glue and tape are necessary to put together jigsaw puzzle.

Waste of an item .
Very disappointed him this company. Brought a quote reading light for my son and after 3 weeks of only using it once a night for maybe 10 minutes the batteries have run out.
Couldn’t find an obvious way to change the batteries so emailed them. Received an email back saying the batteries are not replaceable! What a complete waste of money and not eco friendly at all.
Will now have to be thrown in the bin.
Won’t be purchasing anything from this company again

Poor/non existent customer service
Ordered the Paladone Minecraft "Creeper Icon Lamp" Operated Portable Lamp from Amazon.de in November 2022.
1: First shipment came damaged. (Flimsy cheap plastic lamp shade was cracked)
2: Replacement shipment was damaged. (plastic cross piece that holds cheap flimsy lampshade was bent/cracked and there was NO DAMAGE TO PRODUCT BOX, OR, THE SHIPPING BOX WHICH MEANS IT WAS PLACED INSIDE THE PRODUCT BOX IN THAT CONDITION). Are you for real???
3rd replacement ALSO DEFECTIVE. (Glue that holds cheap flimsy lamp shade to plastic square thing was never applied, or either was cheap glue so the cheap flimsy lamp shade came unglued from the thing it sits in.
These products are made in China and clearly they have no Quality control. Reason I know this is because I have over 6+ Paladone Minecraft products and they ALL came defective, or with manufacturer design flaws and no one seems to care. Seller had to give me a partial refund on the lamp because it was cheaper than sending it back, so I agreed to keep it and glue the dam thing myself!
So this particular lamp was mainly for Decorative casual use. Since ordering this in November 2022, I have not used this lamp more than 5 times and never had it on for more than 15 Minutes maximum. It is now December 2023, and the lamp flickered and now no longer turns on. Its completely dead. Obviously its past the Amazon return period. Its been over a week now and I never received a reply from anyone at Paladone after sending a ticket to them via their website. Crappy products are one thing, but failure of customer service to even take a moment of time to reply back to a verified customer is the biggest insult. So as of the time of this message, Im left with a crappy product that stopped working in less than a year.

Star Wars Light side Dark side thermos
I have in my possession, a star wars thermos from Paladone. Brilliant item. Easy to clean, and I can make a coffee in it at 6:50am and it still be piping hot at 3:45pm.

I ended up purchasing a Harry Potter puzzle, but it came missing a piece. i wanted to frame this so I could give it as a gift becausr the quality of the puzzle looks great. I've emailed the customer service 3 times and have yet to get a response. I would not recommend this company to anyone because of the lack of response from them. If it wasn't possible I would've at least liked a response. I emailed about a month or so ago.

Continual Failure to Rectify Issues - Lack of Ownership, Responsibility and Ownership
Having reviewed the most recent response from Paladone, it clearly appears that this company;
- lacks the ability to resolve issues which they have caused.
- lacks the ability to take full ownership and responsibility on matters when they get things wrong.
- is dishonest by trying to apportion blame on an unnamed 'third party' company who acts on their behalf.
To recap, Paladone provided false and incorrect information to eBay which has put me at a detriment and damaged my reputation.
Although Paladone have admitted their wrong doings, they have failed to resolve this matter and wish to drag matters out on something which can be resolved very quickly.
Therefore, I would never recommend to anyone reading to have anything to do with Paladone in terms of purchasing as a customer as Paladone;
- have not shown that they valve customers,
- are unable to provide timescales in terms of resoultion,
- are unable to resolve complaints.
Having called Paladone's services and written to Paladone a number of times, the responses and commitment to service has been poor from Paladone.
Due to the dismissive attitude shown by Paladone, I can clearly confirm that my experience has not been positive and has neither been made easy, especially in comparison to other reputable companies within the UK and Worldwide.
Paladone will;
- Blame others for their mistakes.
- provide you with a drawn out cut and pasted self centred statement about protecting their 'own brand' without having a care for anyone else.
Therefore, it is with regret that I follow up my dissatisfaction due to;
- Poor communication.
- Paladone's poor response which was poor and rushed.
- Paladone failing to commit to a first time resolution by failing to be pro-active and failing to confirm on how they intend to correct their irresponsible actions by not providing a timescale.
- Paladone have failed to be customer orientated and have confirmed that their main priority is protecting 'their brand' without any regards to others.
- Paladone's Customer Service is beyond poor and unacceptable.
To recap,

Paladone is the rights owner and Paladone reported that the item is counterfeit.
Paladone's offices reported the item as a counterfeit item, however now you are now advising that this is not the case!
I am not happy as your reporting is now contradictory to what was originally reported by your staff to eBay; which therefore confirms that someone within Paladone is being dishonest and that my custom with Paladone over the last years is unappreciated.
Although Paladone are now confirming that the item is authentic (of course it was as it was purchased from High Street store NEXT), they have yet to contact eBay to confirm this which is unacceptable.
I had requested for this matter to be escalated to a Manager, however, Paladone has refused to action as per customer request.
As Paladone are unable to confirm with confidence what items online are authentic or counterfeit.
Due to this, I had requested for a returns label to be sent to me to return all of the items which I have previously purchased from high street stores - yet, Paladone has refused to take responsibility.
Therefore, I would advise all buyers of Paladone items to be cautious of purchasing any Paladone products as even the manufacturers, which in this case is Paladone are not able to confirm what items are counterfeit or not with confidence.
This situation has put me at a huge detriment which is unfair and has caused a lot of stress.
Maybe Paladone did not wish for me to sell an item which they also sell on eBay and sought to shut me down in spite which would be quite unusual, however, not surprising.
It is with regret, that if this matter is not resolved in a timely manner with a clear resolution I shall legally escalate this matter.

Product badly scratched my fridge and spent months back and forth attempting to get this repaired. Originally paladone weren't being helpful until I spoke with the managing director. I did eventually receive £47 towards an almost £300 repair cost and few little bits such as a cup and a keyring however when trying to reach a final resolution we couldn't agree. I had asked if a spiderman light which paladone sell could be sent as a final settlement after it became clear that paladone would not be prepared to help with the repair by either arranging it directly or offering any money towards it other than the £47. Overall very disappointed and would be cautious buying a paladone product in the future.
