Mavis Tire - Bethlehem Reviews 

Went in for a nail in tire. Upon inspection was told that all my tires are dry rotted. Hence, I bought all 4 tires from them 1.5 years ago. They offered financing as it would cost another $1000. I call corporate. The technician then reported to them otherwise. Hence out of tires and no resolution that will not cost more.

A few months ago another family member was also sold a defective tire. Was told covered under warranty for a replacement. The family member goes to pick up car and the hid the vehicle in the back of the building and stated the tire must be paid for before car can be released. Long story short the family member is now band from that location.

Horrible customer service.

They were able to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. Professional and courteous service. I will go back in the future.

The crew at this mavis is outstanding!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! They are efficient, courteous and very professional. They always keep my car in the best condition!!!!

I dropped off a flat tire at about 2:30 was told i need a new tire it couldn’t ne fixes I agreed to have it replaced and its now 7:10 and still no phone call saying its done! I will never use this place again!

I brought my 2019 Honda CRV with 30K miles in for new tires. I ended up needing to get 2 posts replaced on my car and left with "Christmas lights."

Unfortunately the store manager Ryan was not helpful enough in diagnosing the issue with the 14 dashboard lights and told me to just drive the car and the lights will eventually go off. 500 miles later I had to bring my car to Honda and was informed I had a damaged wheel speed sensor. After contacting corporate by way of phone call, email and posting reviews of my experience, I was on the phone with a general manager fairly quickly (less than 3 hours from the start). He offered to cover the cost at Honda to diagnose the vehicle (by way of a voucher good at any store) and is repairing the damaged sensor for me (at another affiliated store).

While the Mavis location I dealt with was a nightmare that lasted a few days, once corporate was involved a solution was quickly offered and I am content with how it is scheduled to be resolved. I personally won't be returning to the Mavis I originally went to just because they didn't offer me any solutions to a problem it seems clear that they caused. The manager Ryan also accused me of "stealing" something that they think they left in my car. I offered them the chance to come to me and inspect the car for the missing piece of equipment, but instead he continued to throw around statements even days later accusing me of keeping something that I never even saw.

So... Five stars for the general manager stepping up and handling my issue very quickly and reasonably. It's good to know that the company is backed by corporate management that takes action. Zero stars to Ryan for not helping fix an issue his store caused, and for not understanding that maybe, just maybe, one of his employees misplaced something instead of accusing a customer of taking something I have no use for (it was the part of the diagnosing tool that connects to your car - without the ipad looking thing what the heck am I going to do with it??)

Great Service!
We had an immediate need for a tire repair for my daughters car, she ended up with a screw in the tread.
We got there right as they opened and our service person Tori was great, she got right on it and had us out of there in no time at all with the repair completed.
We have used both stores on Stefko Blvd. for many repairs and routine service. We will continue to go back. Thanks!!

Walked in first thing in the morning with a flat tire after just having replaced them a week ago. I waited for them to get a free moment to get my van in a bay and they quickly patched my tire and I was on my way to work. The front desk manager Judy was very helpful in getting me back on the road quickly. Greatly appreciated!
