I would give this insurance more stars if they were available.
I unfortunately and very sadly lost my Yorkshire Terrier earlier this month. The vets sent in the invoice including cremation invoice and within one day, yes ONE DAY, the claim was processed and money transferred to my account. Absolutely brilliant. I have no hesitation and recommend this pet insurance to anyone. Best ever. I used to have horses and had them insured with PetPlan. Yes, another good Insurer, but I never ever had a claim processed that quickly. Thank you so much ManyPets
After a couple of years with ManyPets, just thinking they were great value, last week I had cause to make a claim for my older cat.
I now also think they're extraordinarily good with claims too: incident with the emergency vet over last weekend, concluding with final check on the Tuesday, and the claim was processed and settled within 6 days! Very impressed.
Another great service provided by the claims department. Claim process very easy to complete and hassle free. Claim settled the same day. Another fantastic response time, back up to the standard of service provided when they traded under the name of “Bought by Many”. Keep up the great service, much appreciated.
I put in my claim on my Manypets app and was paid the same day.
Everything you need to know is in the app and easy to understand.
Excellent service. 100%

After 6 years with ManyPets, my renewal premium increased from £56.95 per month to £82.74 per month, a rise of more than 45%.
What made this even more frustrating was that I did not receive any renewal reminder or notification warning me of the increase before the policy automatically renewed. By the time I became aware of the new premium (when it left my bank!), I felt like I had been backed into a corner.
When I called to discuss the increase with Ricardo, I was told there was essentially no flexibility. My options were to either pay the new premium or cancel the policy. Ri ardo suggested he could then do me a ne policy and play around with excess and coverage to make it affordable, however that then preggys existing conditions wouldnt covered?!?! even though with the same provider which i found genuinly distressing and very concerning . I explained that after maintaining insurance for years and making a significant claim for my dog's anal gland surgery, cancelling would mean any future insurer could potentially treat those conditions as pre-existing and exclude them from cover. Despite this, there was no meaningful support or alternative offered. -- i asked to speak to ricardos manager of which he said yes then proceeded to hang up on me
I appreciate that premiums can increase and that claims affect insurers' costs. What I struggle to accept is a 45% increase, no clear explanation of how that figure was reached, no renewal reminder, and a customer service response that amounted to "pay it or leave".
After paying premiums for 6 years, I expected more transparency, more notice, and a better conversation about the options available to a loyal customer.
Extremely disappointing experience and not one I would expect from a company that promotes itself as being pet owner focused.
I’ve been using many pets for years now and in my opinion they are by far the best for Pet Insurance. My Lhasa is a poorly little dog so I’ve had to make numerous claims over the years and they have all been paid promptly. I would recommend them to any of my friends and relatives .

Extremely helpful when adding another pet to our policy and great that we got discount too!

We have been happy customers of ManyPets for the past eight years since we got our dog Ted. They were always very reasonable with claims, and despite our monthly premium being expensive, they always paid out quickly for all reasonable claims, making it worth the investment for us.
However, recently our dog had an accident where he broke his tooth (he’s a working cocker Spaniel and runs into things!) and then got an abscess. We spent the past few weeks arguing with ManyPets as they are claiming this is an illness, not an accident. After receiving a vet's letter confirming that it was the result of an accident, they are now trying to claim because we had to go to a different vet than our usual one that the dog is no longer our dog. They keep coming up with all sorts of spurious reasons to not pay out. This is despite us paying over £100 a month for our insurance and the claim being significantly less than our amount we pay per year.
ManyPets used to be a pleasure to deal with, and despite spending much more with them than we've claimed back, it always felt worth it, as when we did have issues, they would cover them. Now they seem to be trying to find every tiny reason in their small print to not pay out, and this makes it a very unpleasant experience. We've wasted hours on the phone this month, my wife is extremely upset about the whole thing, and we can't afford to keep paying for these things on top of £100 a month for insurance that doesn't seem to cover anything anymore. We're very disappointed and upset.
Absolutely appalling experience. Having had a baby my dog was staying with friends to help us out and my claims are being rejected and questioning whether the dog, who I have owned since he was 8 weeks old, is my own. I was told to send through medical history and vet confirmation which I did the same day, yet another week has passed and I’ve still not been paid back. I am appalled by the service and treatment I have received, this is not acceptable!
So far a first class service. Starting with regular updates on services available, claims guidance. Efficient and prompt processing of claims. Absolutely faultless. Within 24 hrs from submitting a claim to completion. First class provider and service.

So far so good, problems only appeared with my last provider after I made a claim. The signs are good with ManyPets.

I was unsure if cover would be provided, my vets’ staff went through the policy and confirmed, then processed the claim, which went through quickly and efficiently by Many Pets.

Really excellent service, Submitted 2 claims on different problems for our pet and they were dealt with AND paid the same day. Amazing turnaround, but this is not the first time this has happened. THe key is to fully explain the claim and be 100% honest.
Very well done and we are very grateful.
