Absolute horrendous company...in…
Absolute horrendous company...in Ireland we have 5year expiry on all vouchers...however this crowd has used a loop and now don't honour vouchers that are out of date by a week or two. No even assistance in terms of a credit note or nothing...just take your money and zilch....nothing for your money. Grab and run job really.

Item has not arrived. Missed divery date. WOWCHER HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!Just an algorythmic bot with no useful information. Be warned IT IS IMPOSSBLE to contact WOWCHER to request or ask anything no humans involved. It would also appear that they DO NOT varify the reliability of the sellers on their platform. Unfortunately there is no way to give 0 stars.

Stay away from Wowcher. Bought something which never arrived and then when the refunded my money it is in the wallet but I can’t buy anything with it. Have been on to their customer service for over a week now and still not resolved. Takes 4 hours to get a reply from any chat and the ask the same questions over and over again. Shocking customer service

I was drawn by the extra 15% on an already great deal but forgot the code. It was still a great deal. This booking was better as you didn’t have to book date again with hotel. The company has done this which is an upgrade.

I purchased a table and chairs glass…
I purchased a table and chairs glass all scratched and chairs full of chunky scratches I ordered a garden ottoman all pieces of plastic smashed out of it.
I ordered a garden umbrella price of plastic missing out of it.
I explained via watts app that I am disabled and my garden is my only outlet and they just don’t seem to care so it looks like today we will be going through consumers rights to get the ball rolling with this useless company.
