Quality service Al the way through

I was really excited about this rare picture and very happy overall. The picture had damage to the back from the delivery service and Legendary Wall Art was quick to respond and address the damage from transit. It was resolved very quickly and my experience was a great one. It is great to know that a company wants to ensure the product is what it should be and the pride in their work really shows. Thank you for the great art!!

Worst customer service ever

Received the art and immediately didn't match expectations, went to the website and it wouldn't let me do anything just view my order. Probably because it thought it was still in transit. Received an email about how I felt my order was and replied to that then got a message from customer service who is telling me my perception is wrong and being the most unhelpful customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. Never once did they offer to give me a link to do a return never asked if I wanted a return was just rude that I had higher expectations? I would pay again to throw this in the trash and never have to deal with that customer service ever again.
Update about Customer service reply on this review: I know return shipping is not free as we've been over but I didn't want to just send something without a return order of some kind and at least a packing slip but they where just rude, calling me names and insinuating I'm trying to get something for free. The horrendous "art" they sent me is in the dumpster and I've blocked their email address. Just make returns easier and don't insult your customers without giving any context. I'm going to have to block trustpilot to never have to see legendarywallart's name again.

Hey patrick, we do not pay for return shipping. Looking at the emails it seems we have been asking if there is a way we can fix your order where you would be happy without having to pay to return it. Sorry if there is some confusion going on! You were never called a name nor was it insinuated you wanted something for free. It seems there is a huge miscommunication.
