My pro does a great job on the grass and cleans up afterwards. The gates are always locked which is important to me because I own two dogs.

Contacted company for bush trimming and garden weeding. Gave rep my appt preferences. Received an email from pro introducing self. The next day they show up and trimmed 3 bushes and left. No communication. Contacted lawnstartsr again. Note stating they planned on returning the next day to finish. Returned two days later. Two men dropped off dressed in chemical protection. The garden was in my back yard. They stood in front yard. Took some pics of them " working" and left. No communication. Contacted lawn starter. I was sent pics of workers. This was totally fraudulent. My cc was charged for work that wasnt down. 5 days later and no communication from lawnstarter or pro. I wouldn't use this service again.

Great communication and even better work. I was so impressed with how good our lawn looked after the service.

LawnStarter does an excellent job . They went above and beyond what I asked them to do that made my husband job easier and I will always be grateful for that . I did have to ask them to come back and finish part of the yard the first time they mowed yard and they came back the very same day . I am very happy with there work and they were very nice to talk to also.

I live out of town, so it’s great that there’s a service like this so it makes my life much easier than having to run up there and figure out how I’m going to get there to get the grass mowed. I have been very happy with your service so far.

Very pleased with LawnStarter and especially with Winston as our actual landscaper, he does a fantastic job every week. And I don’t have to worry about him missing spots or anything like . He’s a very reliable and professional individual. Excellent. Five stars!

I’m so happy to not worry about my yard. My yard man takes care of my mow, weeds, and he blows all my horrible Hickory Nuts. He is very nice and makes me feel comfortable and I trust him.

Stay away from this company. They are scammers. It is impossible to talk to anyone who can give you a truthful explanation or resolve any issue. They will over charge you and never get your money back. Stay away. n

Outstanding

I have been using LawnStarter service for about a month now, and it has been a great experience so far. The lawn ,and trimmed trees and bushes look great all around the yard! The water drainage areas have been kept clean of leaves and wood debri. The edging in the front looks great as well. I was quoted a fair price for the bushes and trees being trimmed in the front and back yards. Chris has been a great communicater and follows through with his work!

Worst Service! Their service never shows up! Cancels last minute. They kept us waiting for service for 2 weeks after scheduling. All of a sudden, after 3 phone calls asking where the landscaper was, they were a NO Show! Their customer service can't help with anything. No repercussions, and we have an HOA so risk getting fined because of their negligence! Absolutely Horrible Service!

My experience with LawnStarter has been amazing. They communicate every step of the way and if there is an issue they let me know right away. They take their time with mowing and trimming the bushes and leave my yard looking simply amazing.
