One of the things I liked most about LawnStarter was the convenience. Being able to manage lawn care services online made the entire experience much easier. The communication throughout the process was also helpful, and I appreciated having information about the service and appointment available without having to keep track of everything manually.

Leroy and his crew do a great job. They make sure they edge thoroughly and blow any clippings. Lawn mow is quick and neat. Will definitely recommend them.

I have used LawnStarter for approximately a year across three different properties, but after this experience, I can no longer recommend them.

My lawn was originally scheduled to be cut on September 7. The provider rescheduled the service without asking me, then falsely reported that the change was made at my request. I have an email confirming that inaccurate claim. The service was moved to September 9, but no one arrived.

After contacting customer service, I received repeated apologies and promises that the service would be expedited, yet nothing changed. Another provider was eventually assigned, but the appointment was rescheduled again due to “inclement weather,” even though there was no inclement weather at my property.

It is now September 17, my grass still has not been cut, and there is not even a professional assigned to complete the service. Customer service representatives continue to express empathy and make promises, but there has been no meaningful action or resolution.

The company needs to vet its lawn-care professionals more carefully and hold them accountable for inaccurate reporting and repeated missed appointments. After being a loyal customer with three properties, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of reliability, communication, and follow-through. Based on this experience, I do not recommend LawnStarter! you may spend more time chasing the service than actually receiving it. It was great as always.

I started using LawnStarter after experiencing hit-or-miss mowing service with individual vendors. My backyard gate is always locked, because I have a large dog. On days when I have a mow scheduled, I unlock the gate and take my dog inside. Dependability is very important for our backyard security.

LawnStarter has been consistent and easy to work with through their online app. They matched my lawn service with Bryant from Bkreativ. Bryant always shows up on the scheduled date and provides excellent lawn service. He mows front and back yards, trims and uses the leaf blower on all pavement. He will contact me in advance if we need to make a rare change. I never need to guess.

I would recommend LawnStarter and Bryant to anyone who wants excellent, dependable service.

I was given 3days to evaluate the yard service,but is asked to give a review the same day the yard is serviced.
Why must I give Lawn Starter a 48hour notice of a schedule change and they can notify me anytime of a schedule change?
Otherwise, I am very pleased with the communication they provide and with Adam, the service pro Lawn Starter assigned to this address

Good service

This has been a great service. My pro, Antonio, showed up on the appointed day and got right to work. I can communicate with him at any time through the app. He always shows up and gets the job done quickly. He does exactly what I need without any problems. If you need lawn work but don’t know who to call (like me), recommend LawnStarter lawn service.

On time, on target!

This was the easiest place to get my lawn mowed. So much interaction and communication has been my most appreciated asset with LawnStarter. It’s been the best experience that I have ever encountered with an app. The way that it works and how beneficial it is, amazing !
