Good - second experience with this vendor
Good better experience this time compared with first time when we were invoiced for import VAT and this not allocated to our EORI without 3 months of emails. Moral of the story ensure your EORI is already set up on the billing address before using them.

The shipment was dispatched very quickly at 0800 the morning after the order was placed. and arrived from their warehouse to South Africa customs in two days. The refurbished PIB was in good condition and worked as expected.

Quick replacement of faulty switch
I've ordered one Cisco switch with 2x10Gbps network module. After some testing that switch was flapping 10Gbps fiber interface sporadically. After contact with Renewtech they send me a replacement after 2 days. Replacement is doing fine and I was very satisfied how Renewtech handled the issue! :)
