Just taken delivery of a new unbraked marine trailer and i am very happy with it. I managed to break my arm 2 days before the portsmouth branch called to say it was available for collection. As i couldnt drive they arranged for delivery to my house by a very helpful Bill. I was most impressed with the quality of service from everyone i dealt with.

We’ve used them for years and spent many thousands of pounds with them, needed some help this week to identify a hub and bearing the manager shrugged his shoulders and told me I needed the axle serial number. There are only five or six manufacturers if he could have been bothered to look at it I’m sure he would have recognised it and his technician was present and also didn’t want to help

Thank you Toby for outstanding customer service - you have truly gone above and beyond to help my small (and stranded without an axle!) business and I am indebited to you for making the quick delivery happen!

Bunch of idiots!!!
Originally ordered mudguards in February, they hadn't arrived after 3 weeks so I phoned them up, only to be told they were no longer available. If I hadn't contacted them I would probably still be waiting.
I ordered a different size and was told they would be delivered in a week. No sign of them so I phoned up only to be told they had forgotten to despatch them.
Once again told they would be sent straight out - they weren't. No contact from the company, but got a message from the delivery company saying they would be delivered in a few days-they arrived damaged. Phoned indespension told they would replace them next day delivery, a week later one arrived. Contacted them again and was told that there wasn't another at the depot. WHY SEND ONE????
Contacted to say that they had got one and it would be delivered next day. Two weeks later delivered to wrong address. Bunch of clowns

I went in for a jockey wheel on the 27/04/26, I was told that it would be in the day after, but when I returned on the 30/04/26 it still wasn't in, the young man that took my order took my phone number, but still hasn't called me to say that it's ready to collect, the customer service at this place is very much lacking, as he was miserable, was going to buy more items for my trailer, but I will be going to Peter Bowmans in bury, as it's worth the extra distance, also the shop floor is full of tripping hazards with items left on the floor, a simple racking system would solve the issue.

I had an absolutely brilliant experience with Indespension Newcastle once again. They fitted a tow bar to my car and sorted me out with a fantastic deal on a new trailer couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

Mike and Michael were both incredibly friendly and genuinely went out of their way to help from start to finish. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I actually chose to go back to them because they’d previously fitted a tow bar on one of my past cars, and the service was just as outstanding this time around. It’s rare to find a place that’s this consistently reliable.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work and top-notch customer service.

Incredibly Supportive! I recently took over as the key monitor for our club's trailer, and found the hitch key was badly bent. I was confused about which replacement key to order from the website, so I sent a question one evening. Given the minor nature of the request, I anticipated a slow reply, but to my surprise, I got a response first thing the next morning with a useful link to order exactly what I needed. I'm grateful for the excellent attention given to even the smallest customers!

I've inherited the job of "key monitor" for our club trailer but the key for the hitch was terribly bent. I didn't get my towbar fitted by Indespension, but following a major issue caused by the actual fitter, I visited Indespension Gatwick for advice. Not only did they (Lee) advise, they went out of their way to thoroughly check over the car and wiring, quickly identifying the fault and fixing it on the spot. Very impressed with their expertise, knowledge, experience, professionalism and friendliness. Thoroughly recommended and I cannot praise them enough, hence the maximum 5 stars. Gary (Crawley)

Tow bar hitch duel e-bike carrier this guy actually assembled for me and as I had just lost my Linda through cancer kept it assembled until I could pick it up. Great service from New York Road, Shiremoor, Newcastle upon Tyn

Ordered trailer which was ready the next day, and we were given a good briefing.

Bought a Min Coaster from Portsmouth Indespension first rate service from Claire and her team. The trailer is well built and far cheaper than other industry rivals highly recommended.

Good product but unreliable delivery agent, DX.
Notified on Thursday of next day delivery, for Friday, no update, delivered the following week. It wasn’t urgent, but an update would have been appreciated.

you hold a very extensive range of parts , the staff are very helpful, and shipping is fast . what more could you want.
