We really impressed with the quality of the bedding. The delivery was quick, well packaged and the communication was clear.

In 2024 in bought an happy bed duvet and it was thick and nice so i had to buy again in 2026. Bought two of it and sadly i was disppointed. The thickness reduced and the quality is poor compared to the one of 2024. It is best to return the quality back to what it was and increase the price. Poor quality.

The delivery to Spain was Quick, the good were in good order. The box were it was sent it good be more strong. The box was damaged real badly but luckey everything I ordered was still in. I'm very happy with the goods.

Fantastic company. Great blankets. We had an issue with one, got a voucher code for the value and could pick a new one. And keep the old damaged one!

Great quality and quick delivery

I have ordered four times in total. I made a mistake with the first order and the support team sorted everything for me with a minimum of fuss and quickly.

Email ware good

I had to return a duvet, so I have requested for a return label. Happy bed does not answer my e-mails. The postoffice will not send the package without the label. So here I am. I do not know how to get my money back.

Very cushy and warm

Pretty good! Material near the stitches slightly fizzled out after washing but it is manageable and it is nice to not have to cover your bedsheets, just throw it into the washing machine and it dries quickly.

I have written 3 email and still haven't heard anything about my delivery. Not great service

The product did not fit like I thought but the service was very good.

After a fewonths of using my duvet it appeared to be damaged at the seams badly,and the zipper was falling off.
I contacted customer service by email,showed them the pictures and I was given a gift code to buy a new one. I'm Donating the old one to a shelter,and getting a brand new one soon. I was helped very fast and they were very polite.

I'm never sure where to begin, so I'll just start. Happy Bed could work on their customer service rules and protocols. It wasn't the fault of the person in their chat customer service. For example, I purchased this percal cotton comforter for €99,95 during their BOGO sale for the holidays. They offer free shipping on orders of €100. Do I think the company could have kindly still shipped my item for free? Yes. Do I think 5 cents should be the end all be all? No. To that regard, my purchase started off rocky.

Now onto the comforter I picked out. I had not had new bedding in 10 years, so I was excited to finally be able to find something nice for myself. I didn't pick from the BOGO lazy comforters.

I got this percal cotton comforter for several reasons. Here's what I can tell you. I love it. The thing about this kind of cotton is that it breathes. I'm 45 years old, I'm in menopause. This comforter isn't bulky, it's not too heavy, but it has kept me perfectly warm. I have not had hot flashes and woke up to throwing my blanket around. I'm sleeping better.

I am also disabled and chronically ill with limited mobility. I simply can't fight with a duvet and duvet cover anymore. I could have saved some money and got 2 comforters for the price of 1, but they would have been too stuffy for myself. I have a small throw blanket I always keep on my bed. This cotton comforter is lovely for what I need in the middle of winter.

It can't go in the dryer. That might put some people off from trying it, but it dries rather quickly. I only needed the 140x200.

When my box arrived, I was also thrown off by the color. I ordered grey. I reached out to customer service again because it appeared they shipped me some kind of beige/grey. They gave me some nonsense about lighting. The pictures do not in an way represent the color of grey you will receive should you choose that color. It is much lighter in person. Not the end of the world, but Happy Bed should update their online pictures.

I digress, is percal cotton worth the extra expense? In my opinion, absolutely. Is it worth not benefiting from a BOGO sale to have better quality? Yes. If you're in any version of menopause and you're tired of fighting with blankets and room temperature and life in general, show yourself some grace and try this comforter.
