I would like to thank Chris for all his help while buying my current car, as he was patient and friendly throughout the entire process. He gave me the advice I needed and made everything go smoothly. My thanks also go to the other two colleagues who assisted me during that time; they were all brilliant.

I am only taking off one star because Hammonds advertised cars online that were not yet on site (despite the advert stating the vehicle was already at the branch), which meant I had to wait a while before I could take a test drive. Additionally, I would recommend that the dealership carries out more thorough checks on sales vehicles, as a couple of them had mechanical issues during the test drives.

Overall, it was a very positive buying experience. I’m happy with the car so far and look forward to enjoying it for years to come.

When buying a car from hammonds please do not waste our money on the extended warranty. Its not worth it. NO matter what it is they will not get the problem fixed. They are quite enough to take the money. But they will never pay out AVOID AVOID

It was a very good experience as the sales person was really helpful and answered all questions helpfully. He arranged a test drive and handled all the paperwork and we were able to drive the car away on the same day.

When I arrive to a car dealership I expect to be met with a focus on providing an impartial service which is EXACTLY what Hammond Cars presented to me. No "salesmanship" which is all too common in the industry. Craig was a great ambassador for Hammond Cars and got me through the buying process in a single sit down session.

Buying a second hand car is not easy by any means. Hammonds were great and made the whole process from looking at vehicles to testing them as easy as it could be. They seem to have a terrific choice of makes and all at competitive prices with, what was my top priority, low mileage. Benji, who I dealt with was, was a pleasure. I had an issue with one of the key fobs but Hammonds sorted that easily with no fuss. An easy 5 stars.
