Click and collect order. Items in stock but at previous location and no one bothered to go and get them. Says collect 1 hour but told, ring Monday to let me know. 3 days after I need the items. Might have to wait longer as not sure of condition and have to order from another store. Second time been let down. Online ordering doesn't seem to work.

The ordering system is quite simple and easy to navigate. It seemed like, no sooner had I placed my order, the materials were sitting on my drive. Great service. The only downside for me would be the cost of delivery, as I'm not far from the depot, minor detail though. Overall pleased with the service.

Reliable company

Delivered on wrong date.
I specifically requested delivery after 18th September and even had it confirmed by e mail that the stones would be delivered 21st September.
They were delivered 7th September.
Also the Autumn Gravel looks very like pink pebbles??

I ordered some skirting boards, good product for a very good price, delivered in perfect condition within the frame of 7 working days, brilliant!
The only reason I don't give 5 stars is about communication: I got an email of confirmation the first day saying I would be informed when it's on its way, but actually I haven't received anything else until the delivery so I didn't know what day and what time they would arrive. Plus I needed a date to book some other works after in the house, so this lack of information has been a little bit tricky to manage. But that's the only "issue" otherwise it's perfect
