Dishwashing power - WARNING dont put in a Bosch dishwasher, nearly finished off my new appliance - while the powder does clean fairly well the risk of losing your dishwasher is to high a price to pay for using it. I was lucky the engineer rescued the situation luckily within warranty. It could have been a very expensive situation. Sorry but no point if dishwashers suffer from this powder

I’ve tried quite a few eco-friendly cleaning brands over the years and most of them either smell great but don’t clean properly… or clean well but don’t feel genuinely “eco.” These are the first products that properly tick both boxes.

The lavender laundry liquid leaves clothes fresh without being overpowering, and it genuinely cleans well – even everyday grime and workout gear. No residue, no synthetic smell, just a clean, natural freshness.

The citrus washing up liquid is brilliant. It cuts through grease far better than other eco alternatives I’ve used, and you only need one pump to get decent suds. It feels gentle on hands too, which is a big plus for my wife.

The bergamot antibacterial multi-purpose spray has become my go-to for kitchen surfaces. It smells amazing – subtle but fresh – and actually leaves surfaces feeling properly clean rather than smeary.

It’s rare to find eco products that don’t feel like a compromise. These genuinely perform as well as (if not better than) conventional brands. I’ll definitely be sticking with them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Worst dishwasher powder we've ever had.
Tea stains not cleaned, plates left dirty, and everything comes out looking dull.
Requested advice but got none, then requested to return unused packages for a refund - again no reply,
Terrible product and terrible customer service.

Best product on the market sadly getting harder to find the unscented multi surface spray works better by far than anything else I've ever tried and is guaranteed not to induce a cough unlike almost all other brands and products. Unfortunately contacting the manufacturer direct elicits no response so this is purely a product review.

I dont want my cloths to carry fragrance so I always buy the "nonscents" range which you rarely get with other similar detergents.

I find I only use a small amount, doesnt leave any residue on my clothes yet cleans them as good as any biological detergent.

In fact I LOVE the washing up liquid too, that I use for EVERYTHING other than laundry. I have dry sensitive skin yet this aloe based liquid again from the nonscents range, is amazing as a hand wash and in my bath and shower.

Perfect.

I’ve liked the citrus washing liquid and just ordered a refill bottle but as others have commented, dispatch and delivery is way slower than almost all other online companies I use frequently and puts me off continuing with this brand

We bought Nonscents dishwasher powder and it is far and away the worst we have used in 47 years experience with domestic dishwashers. It won’t shift some dried on food, won’t remove tea stains from cups and mugs and the stainless steel cutlery looked dull after a few days washing with the powder. Avoid at all costs I’m afraid!

I love Greenscents! I have the anti bacterial spray, multi purpose cleaner and glass cleaner so far and they are all brilliant. Delivery has been very quick and the products are great quality. Whilst a bit more expensive than the stuff you find in the supermarket, I'm more than happy to pay this for products that are not going to harm my family or the planet, they also look great in the cupboard!

I have just started using the laundry liquid and it has exceeded my expectations for cleaning. I also love the fact that it has organic ingredients, is not packaged in plastic, smells great and is made in the UK. Ticks all the boxes for me!

Unfortunately the laundry liquid just doesn’t work, it doesn’t remove stains or smells. I’ve used a whole big 5l and had to stop 2/3 in and use ecover for a month to remove all the lingering smells from t shirts etc. Used it again today and all my kids clothes have come out still stained. I wrote to ask if they had any advice re my work white shirts not coming out v white, maybe I could add vinegar etc but got no response. Also can only return to refill once you’ve used 3 big 5l tubs which doesn’t work if all the products aren’t being used at the same rate. Really want to use ethical products but if it doesn’t clean what’s the point?

I have tried several eco cleaning products but these are by far the best. I have never found an eco dishwasher powder that actually works before but this one does (I do put two teaspoons instead of one in the machine) It even cleans saucepans with baked on contents. the laundry liquid, washing up liquid and multi surface cleaners are all excellent. I have just ordered the toilet cleaner as it gets such good reviews. I can thoroughly recommend these products

My delivery got lost from Royal mail. Quite a lot of bad reviews here about responding, but that wasn't my experience - Peter responded fast and sent a new order out. They all smell great.

I wanted to really like this company because I love their unscented products and felt it was a good choice with my two young children. However, I’ve been left feeling pretty confused about an order I placed in early December. I was initially told the order slipped through, then informed it had been sent but held up with Royal Mail, but it never arrived. Then I was told a replacement would be sent, but still nothing has arrived, and we’re now nearing March 2025. I’ve sent two follow up emails and haven’t received a response, so I’m not sure if I’m being ignored or if this order is not a priority. I prefer not to leave negative reviews, and I did want to continue supporting this company, but I’m really confused by the lack of communication and feel like this probably won’t get sorted 🤷🏼‍♀️

I ordered the laundry detergent, washing up liquid (in two different scents) and the dishwasher powder. I received communication from a lovely chap who confirmed when I should be expecting to receive it (also spoke to him on the phone - very polite man) and the products arrived well packed.

The washing up liquids work fine, and I like the unusual minty scent! I’m also happy with the laundry detergent, which seems to be working fine (although I must note that I don’t have children, so the clothes I’m washing are not soiled or particularly grubby).

The dishwasher powder is disappointing though. I reallllllly wanted to love it, as I’m trying very hard to cut down on the toxins in daily life, but sadly it left all my glassware and cutlery chalky white, and some of the tea stains in the cups hadn’t removed. So I’ve had to go back to my previous tablets until I can source a toxin-free alternative.

Incredible organic dishwasher powder.
I am very impressed with the dishwasher powder. I’ve been trying to find a chemical free alternative and tried various products with no success. But this product really cleans your pans etc and gets rid of all the grease. I’m so happy to have found the brand and look forward to trying more of their products.

Excellent washing liquid and fabric conditioner. And a nice smell too.

My experience was great despite a couple of small issues and slow customer care response due to human factors.
The owner is very polite gentleman and that made a huge difference!
I like the fact that there is a phone line and I can talk or leave a voice message.

The quality of products are second to none in my personal experience and I’ve used few over the years.
I love Castile soap,mint loo cleanser,fruit and veg wash,laundry wash,all purpose antibacterial cleanser.
I’m yet to try linen towel and dishwasher powder.
Highly recommend these products!!!

Used laundry liquid nonscents many times & it’s an excellent product. No nasties whatsoever & clothes smell fine despite having no fragrance.

Clean clothes , clean conscience

I received my laundry detergent and washing up liquid (citrus) today , and they smell divine. No heavy chemicals that trigger an immediate migraines or asthma attacks, like store bought nasties. Plus, a massive advantage for me is that they are VEGAN ,.and made in the UK. Absolutely overjoyed.
I have already popped a load on and they came out smelling fab. Thanks guys for making such ethical and great products !
