Green motion car rental review…

Car already to collect nice modern Volkswagen troc was a little unsure of how to inspect the car for damage before signing paperwork Pedro assured me just to take photos of car as proof of condition. Would have been nice to have been shown how to get the sat nav to work prior to driving off luckily my partner managed to get her phone to direct us to the hotel which was a. Hour drive away . Other than that Pedro and his team were excellent and returning the car was nice and straight forward

Thank you for the detailed feedback. We’re glad you liked the vehicle and that Pedro and the team made the return straightforward. Your points about the pre-rental damage check and needing help with the sat nav before departure are useful, and we’ll pass them on to the local team.

Trustworthy

The Green Motion employees were friendly and explained every thing well. They told me I should take photos when I receive the car, to document scratches or dents. I did not photo and they gave me discussion when I returned the car...
All good, I was billed only use of car and the large deposit required at time of rental was returned to me.

Thank you for the detailed review. We’re glad the Naples team explained the rental and vehicle inspection, and that the deposit was returned with only the car use charged. Your experience also shows why photographing any existing marks at collection can be helpful.
