Divorce is never easy but Angela Moores at Graysons really is the best at navigating divorce proceedings - especially where the matter is more complex. From liaising with the other side, gathering documents and advice for court or sharing her wealth of experience in finance and family matters she is definitely someone you would want there to help get the best outcome possible.

Divorce - appalling service, extremely poor communication, my divorce has supposedly been resolved but no papers have been sent to me although these were promised months ago, I got the ombudsman involved, and Graysons promised a full refund due to the poor service but I am still waiting for this refund although it was promised months ago. I have had different solicitors over the months and none of them have updated me or provided my divorce papers despite being told that the divorce was finalised. My case was worked on by a different solicitor every week due to the high turnover of staff. I have been in conversations with Peter Clarke a senior member of the team and he promised my papers and a full refund plus compensation but still nothing.
My divorce which is very straightforward is still not resolved and despite the ombudsman’s involvement in my case, Graysons have ignored his instructions to finalise the divorce and provide a full refund as I am still waiting, for both. Do not use this firm for a divorce as they are unprofessional, and do not know what they are doing, they are a disgrace.

I contacted Graysons for my house conveyancing and would particularly like to highlight the excellent support I received from Jessica Gamble and Amy Moore. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions about the process and what to expect at each stage. Jessica and Amy handled everything so smoothly and were extremely patient in explaining everything clearly to me. They made the whole purchase feel much less stressful and kept me reassured throughout. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail really stood out. I felt supported from start to finish, and I truly appreciated how approachable and helpful they were. The entire purchase was completed in around 2.5 months, which I was really pleased with.
