I purchased a Freya & Sol reed diffuser 3 months ago from my local Giftbox store a was so pleased with it that I wanted another. However it was no longer in stock but the sales assistant suggested I look online which I did and was able to find the product.
I was impressed with the level of follow-up from Giftbox and prompt delivery.

Well i ordered my product over 3 weeks…
Well i ordered my product over 3 weeks ago and still hasn't arrived. Very disappointing. I did email last week and my response was its a bulky item. ????? Its little pizza oven that can sit on the side of my BBQ very disappointing with the delivery time . I purchased something else the other day .uesd the same company for delivery. Hunter express . And it was lot bigger then a medium size box . So very very disappointing
