Fusion has been a great fit for my kid!

Having suffered with other institutions to have my son complete and understand/comprehend the lessons, Fusion Academy and its Teachers bring a concept and approach that should be modeled in public schools. Unfortunately, public schools do not have the capacity to do what Fusion Academy does. Therefore, our family is grateful to have finally found Fusion Academy. Too bad we didn't know about this institution earlier. We would have made the investment in order to have a much better school experience. I will recommend Fusion Academy to any parent looking for a better solution to education.

We signed our son up for additional tutoring at the end of the school year and Fusion was great with him. He loved the environment and his tutors. We will definitely be back this school year.

Everyone who works there is soooo nice accommodating, flexible, they are all a blessing. My child LOVES going to school and is actually making friends - huge academic turn around.

Fusion Academy is bringing the best out of my child. The teachers have taken the time to get to know him and how he learns best and adapt to him. We made the right choice with Fusion Academy.

My son attended Fusion Academy in Columbia Maryland from 9th grade through graduation. Prior to going to Fusion, he was failing half of his classes and had a 0.9 GPA even though he had an IEP. He was so unhappy in his public school that before the end of the first quarter of 9th grade, he refused to go back. At Fusion, he loved attending school and excelled from his first day there. The one-to-one teaching provided for a flexible and challenging atmosphere. The Homework Café gave him opportunities to interact with other students where he worked on improving his social interaction skills. In his graduation speech, he talked about how he had grown at Fusion and become a person he could be proud of. He also acknowledged the friends he had made at Fusion who had helped him grow socially. He graduated from Fusion with a 4.3 GPA and was accepted to a prestigious 4-year university. He is now in his third year of college and maintaining a 3.5 grade point average. He has made Dean’s List on several occasions. Fusion was exactly what he needed to achieve success in school and ultimately in life.

The teachers made the classes interesting for my son and as a result he excelled in the classes.

Fusion Academy has caused our son to go from dreading school to being excited about and actively engaged in learning. We have been very pleased with the Teaching Staff and Administration and appreciate the daily communication.

This is like having school that is customized for your child. My son has never been so happy with his teachers and he enjoys learning here.

Before Fusion, we did not know where to turn. Our son had been placed in multiple alternative learning environments, but none could meet his needs. Desperate for a solution, the County offered to give Fusion a try. In just a few weeks my son went from failing classes to straight A's, from no motivation to fully engaged and enjoying school, from unable to complete assignments to doing them without prompting. He has now been accepted at multiple colleges and his life has turned around. Fusion gave him not only the tools, but the confidence to keep pushing. He has a bright future ahead thanks to this amazing school.

My two children started with Fusion Academy last year and it has been life changing. My daughter had come from a private school previously specializing in learning disabilities where she was barely making progress and struggling with severe anxiety. My son was homeschooled for years, missing the socialization aspect as well as a qualified teacher. The tailored instruction to each of my child's induvial needs has given them such confidence that there is no longer anxiety with learning. My kids also enjoy the many different social gatherings in and outside of the school throughout the year. The staff is kind, compassionate, and genuinely care. It can be a little costly; however, they have multiple options, different programs, and they will work with you. My only regret is that I didn't find out about Fusion earlier.

Simply put, Fusion is life-changing. Not long ago our child refused to go to school. She loves Fusion and is thriving.

This past winter break she genuinely missed going to Fusion every day. (She even said it!) She is benefitting from the structure (and flexibility), from the interaction with people who take the time to know her, and from the welcoming, nurturing environment. Not to mention a place where she can satisfy her desire to learn, and laugh, and argue… basically be the best version of herself.

We’re looking forward to another successful semester.

After years of struggling academically within the public school system, Fusion Academy is a game-changer for our daughter. Their learning model meets her needs for both intellectual rigor as well as support for her learning differences and associated anxiety. She now is thriving, looks forward to school, and is earning fantastic grades for the first time in 5 years. That said, it’s expensive; we are digging deep to make this happen. It’s worth it.

The staff is fantastic, my son is doing well. If Additional classes are needed to complete a course, this can get VERY expensive and can be unexpected.

Fusion Academy is an amazing school! Great teachers and staff members ensure that the students have a wonderful experience with learning tailored to their individual needs. Worth every penny!

Fusion has been so accommodating and there is such an amazing group of people. I would say there are a few people that get away with a bit too much, but they handle it everything else wonderfully.

Fusion Academy in Columbia has truly changed life not only for my son but for our entire family. I cannot adequately describe what Fusion has done for us other than to say that it is beyond our wildest dreams. Our son struggled in a traditional setting, which made him frustrated, unhappy and completely obliterated any self-esteem or self-respect he had. In 2 months Fusion has turned all of that around for him. The strife at home, the worry, the unhappiness - it is all gone. I truly wish that every child could experience school this way. The world would be a much happier place. I would make this choice 10 times over.
