Good points, they did a good job on the repairs, also provided a curtsey car at a moment notice, very informative throughout. Thank-you.
Bad points, the repairs went two weeks over schedule. Once received the car back, was told the front head light was broke but on investigation by my son, it just had not been connected back up.

Great service
From the moment I walked in, I was treated with courtesy and helpfulness. Within an hour I had an estimate for the work needed, and when I left the car for repair I received phone updates on progress. It was ready on time, on price and valeted!

I was kept up to date on everything throughout, everyone I spoke to was absolutely lovely and so helpful, they took my car for repairs and returned it within a couple of days in absolute pristine condition, they exceeded my expectations more than I can say!

An excellent experience
I was kept updated every step of the way, from before pick up to after the delivery back to me. The repair was completely undetectable; my car car looks as new. An excellent company with polite, friendly and helpful staff.

Not only did they do a brilliant job on my repair but they cleaned the car inside and out (and it really was a mess!). The staff are all friendly and helpful. I really can't fault the service. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Matlock
At Matlock you was very helpful and my car came back clean. We did not have to take our car they collect it and bought it back. Hire car arranged, this is why I gave them 5 stars.
