Excellent Customer Service from Fix Auto Loughborough
I recently had my car damage fixed by Fix Auto at Loughborough. They came and picked up my car and delivered it back to me. Graham and Louise did this and were so lovely. Such a joy to have excellent customer service. The repair is great also. All involved need to be commended for the way they kept in touch with me, organising the repair and the logistics of moving the vehicle between home and the repair workshop. Reasonable but not great, seems rushed.
Picked car up and brought it back. Courtesy car was manual when I did request automatic, compared to the size of our car which is needed a 7 seater, we were given the smallest car possible. Car repair took 2 days and it came back repaired but have noticed a few issues such as part of the front trim is not clipped into place and will not stay in place. The bonnet doesn’t line up like the other side. When payment was took for excess no receipt was given, it should have been brought with them but they failed to do so.
