I bought an original Fast Buds product in Brazil, from the store Flora Urbana 420, order #51208.
I am a medicinal cannabis patient, and I bought Fast Buds because I needed good seeds for my medicinal use. I chose the brand because of the advertising, the premium appearance, the beautiful photos, the reputation, and the promise of genetic quality.
In reality, the experience was terrible.
Out of 10 seeds, only 1 showed any sign of germination, and even that one did not develop properly. I was left without viable seeds to plant and without any real solution. This is extremely frustrating for someone who did not buy this as a joke, but for a medicinal need.
The worst part is the support. The Brazilian store said they are not responsible and told me to contact Fast Buds. Fast Buds replied that, because I bought the product through a reseller, the responsibility would be with the store. So the store sends me to Fast Buds, Fast Buds sends me back to the store, and the consumer is left abandoned with the loss.
This is not international support. This is a blame game.
The product has nice packaging, premium marketing, and a premium price, but when there is a problem, nobody takes responsibility. The packaging also does not provide clear information in Portuguese about batch number, manufacturing date, packaging date, expiration date, viability, or storage conditions. As a Brazilian consumer, I have no way to know whether I bought fresh seeds, old seeds, or seeds that were badly stored before the sale.
To make it worse, ordinary seeds with no brand, no premium packaging, and no technical storage performed better than this original Fast Buds pack. That shows the level of disappointment.
I am not asking for a favor. I am asking for responsibility over an original product from the brand, sold in Brazil through a reseller. If Fast Buds allows its products to be sold internationally, it needs to have a serious policy for problems with consumers outside Europe and the United States.
Fast Buds should either solve the case directly or formally instruct the Brazilian store to provide a replacement, credit, or refund. What is not acceptable is to sell a premium image and, when there is a problem, treat the consumer as if he does not exist.
So far, my experience has been: premium advertising, premium packaging, premium price, and terrible support.
I will update this review only if Fast Buds or the store takes concrete action to solve the problem.

Erm so you buy a mystery box, its promised its packed with some normal popular strains, and a chance to win other rare to ultra rare items... but nope. What did I get? Just one seed. Nothing else. No standard strains as stated in the promo advert...they say packed with stuff... nah it was just the one seed considered 'super rare' even though you can buy it separately lol... so no its not super rare at all is it.. Also tbh the box only really saved me a couple of quid from buying the single seed anyway, so waste of money coz no real difference to if I bought it normally. What a scam!! Dont waste your money!!

All the way from browsing their categories to completing my purchase, FastBuds delivered a smooth and high quality experience. Their customer service is responsive, straightforward, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. Even the packaging shows attention to detail and professionalism. I haven’t grown out the strains I purchased yet, but based on what I’ve seen from FastBuds, they consistently put out heavy hitting genetics with strong yields at very reasonable prices. Delivery services were quick.

Thank you for your reply, but I think my point was misunderstood.
I was not asking to choose specific bonus seeds or requesting certain strains.
My point was simply that when a customer receives two bonus seeds, it would be much more customer-friendly to receive two different bonus strains instead of receiving the exact same one twice.
I fully understand that bonus seeds are random and depend on availability. That is completely fine. However, receiving two identical bonus seeds feels disappointing because it reduces the surprise and variety that bonus gifts are supposed to offer.
What confused me even more is that this worked perfectly in several previous orders, where I received different bonus strains without any issue. That is why your reply sounded as if I had asked for custom-selected seeds, which was never my request.
I was only suggesting that if two bonus seeds are included, sending two different random strains would create a much better customer experience.
