Very Disappointing. Toilets not collected after the event and customer service do not care.
I ordered 2 toilets for an event on a Saturday. It was a rented venue many miles from my home. They only deliver/collect on weekdays so the booking was for Friday delivery, Monday collection. Booked and paid months in advance.
The units were not collected on the Monday as per the agreement. When the owners of the venue notified me, I called Euroloo to get them collected, Euroloos quoted they have 7 days to collect, No guarantees. Customer service said there was nothing they could do. This has caused no end of problems as the venue had new guests who do not want toilets on the site. Customer service do not care about the situation and suggested I move them myself and just let them know the new location for collection. Not sure how they expect me to move 2 used portaloos, miles from my home. It is now 8 days later and still no collection. They suggest it will be another 2 days. A new event is gearing up at the venue, the venue owners and I have all contacted to express the urgency of collection but they will not help. Incredibly poor service.

I rented the loo and was assured that it would be serviced weekly. After 3 weeks and 2 phone calls to customer service it was not service at all and became distinctly unpleasant. In my first interaction with customer service I was told that the contract was for the hire and the servicing was complimentary. After clarifying that 'complimentary servicing' was still contractual the customer service agent showed no empathy at all, was very off-hand and simply excused the lack of service as 'this is a very busy time of year'. My second call was never returned even though I stressed it was urgent. I would NEVER hire for Euroloo again.

The toilet never arrived on site. My representative was waiting on 3 July, but it never arrived.

It was a late order but supplied early the next day which was good.
However 7 days after the event was finished the portaloos hadn’t been collected.
Not a big problem except they are very very smelly.
Would appreciate being given an expected day and time of collection.

Ordered a portaloo, was given a date , paid delivery and rental but the portaloo never arrived on site . No call or message from the company and no one answered the phone . I rang the next day and cancelled my order

Great communication (helpful with answering my questions), prompt response and a fair quote - we didn't go with euroloo in the end only because our builders wanted to go with a company they'd used before.

What a disgrace, I hired a Euroloo from these people and I absolutely regret doing this. This unit was off hired on 8th June and should have been picked up within 7 days, even after several phone calls and numerous emails with no reply, the unit is still sitting in front of my house. This company does not care and are using there own customers property as storage facilities to deal with their absolute inept logistics. You are warned, read previous reviews lots of people have had the same issue. I have been repeatedly told it will be picked up and given every excuse and no accountability, no care, just a bad apple. No do use unless you want to become a free public toilet.

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service from Euroloo. I have been chasing them almost daily for 10 days now to come and collect the loo we hired for an event two weeks ago and I keep getting fobbed off. They say they are going to come and collect it and then dont. But nobody bothers to inform me of their change of plans. They are now saying the earliest they can get to collect it is the middle of next week, 2.5 weeks after we wanted it collected! Very poor customer service.

Awful customer service, cancelled my collection 2 times, the toilet is still on site. Been waiting for 3 weeks for it to be collected. And I have no confidence in any new collection date the give me. Unreliable service. Anyone reading this, be warned.Awful in all regards. I don't recommend.
