I summited a deposit of $150 to this…

I summited a deposit of $150 to this company for a fence project. After reading some reviews online I decided not to continue with the project. This was on July 20,2026. It's now Aug 16th and the company has yet to issue me my deposit back. I have sent emails and spoke to a live agent and nothing. I feel that the company is a scam. I have contacted the BBB. Please do all your DD BEFORE MOVING FORWARD WITH THIS COMPANY.

Got a couple of estimates, Ergeon gave a solid quote. They came out, did a great job, worked fast and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother process

Initial phase of the project

Initial phase of the project was straight forward. Had a video call with Pedro and he answered all my questions. I got a fair price. When the fence is s installed i will post a review with photos. So far things are going well.

Customer Service and Transparency

I was able to get scheduled with Valentine within 24 hours. I had my as built site plan handy so he built the fence during the presentation while answering my questions in real time. The quote is extremely detailed to expedite ARC approval. I highly recommend.

Very Professional and Fast

Response and Appointment scheduling was fast. They were on time, very thorough, and didn't take very long. Got my quote quickly to review and pricing seems fair. Angelica was very professional and covered everything. A real pleasure dealing with her.

Great customer service & detailed info on the project

Scheduling the virtual estimate was quick and easy. Kerecia the sales representative was very professional and detailed oriented. She asked questions about the materials and went over details on the gate for our new fence. The quote was very competitive compared to other companies nearby. Although we didn’t proceed with the project, her excellent customer service and following up with us made the experience very pleasant. We will definitely consider them in the future for another home project. Thank you Kerecia!
