Very friendly, knowledgeable, and calm sales representative. He is helpful and takes all the time to explain everything. This was the first time I enjoyed having such a salesperson. He helped with everything, right up to the delivery of the newly configured car, which was sent directly from the factory in Germany to Ekris. I received a personal explanation on how to operate the new electric car. Exceptionally good service. Justin de Leeuw, thank you very much!!! A super experience. After driving a Volvo with great pleasure for 19 years, I have finally switched to the BMW IX3. I must say, what a beautiful and wonderful car this is!! I am completely in love all over again.

As for Ekris Arnhem itself, I am a newbie there, but I am being helped with the utmost friendliness and kindness. The delivery was absolutely top-notch and the after-sales service has been simply impeccable so far. (Thanks, Stephan!)

Flawless service.

Kind reception and practical guidance by an experienced employee

After visiting some other affiliates of Ekris we decided to go to Arnhem to check out a BMW i4 M50. We were very well treated by Ricardo, he was very patience and friendly. Explained everything we needed to know about the BMW we wanted to buy and arranged everything. Responded quickly at our e-mails. After picking up our new car we went home with a nice bottle of Moet & Chandon!

I connected with Mini.NL on 28 Jan and selected Ekris Utrecht for my Mini Service Inclusive contract. On the email I was informed that Ekris Utrecht will contact me.

After 10 days, I called Ekris Utrecht and was told that the person is not available and someone will call me back. No one did so I reach out again on 13 Feb and was passed on the phone to 4 different people and told me someone will call me back. Unfortunately no one did.

Given the above experience, I could not trust the services from Ekris Utrecht. So I completed the form on Mini.NL and selected an alternative Mini garage - amazing that the other Mini garage responded within 1 hour !

What a difference in service !

Ordered our new 330i in March of 2022. As of today, 6 June 2023 still do not have our vehicle. It was produced in March 2023, and was scheduled for delivery in May. Been inquiring at the Dealership in Maastricht when our vehicle will be here and now we're being told it's in Zeebrugge awaiting transportation where it been for weeks! They're great until they get your deposit, then you're treated like trash.

I’ve bought my car 2 years ago in Ekris, BMW F30 series, the car had a 2 year guarantee. I have had the same problem for the past year, went to Ekris multiple times, payed each time around 300€ for every invoice, for a diagnostic that reveals nothing! Every time they “can not locate the problem”. Half of their mechanics say the car has a fault, half say there is nothing! Finally, we agree that the problem is located, we make an appointment for the repair 3 weeks in advance and then the day I am supposed to leave the car with them- they cancel!! And this has happened more then once! Weeks after weeks and finally my guarantee expires!
The employees are rude and unpleasent! Ekris Arhnem hung up on me in the middle of the conversation! Very dissapointed! One should expect a greater service of such an elite car manufacturer like BMW…
