Faten does my laser hair removal and she is simply excellent! I highly recommend her as a therapist.

I purchased a birthday gift online of dermaquest cleanser and it arrived today and the box had clearly already been torn open and was damaged .. just sent it out anyway to me .. won’t be using them again

Scams waste of your money, unprofessional

Had IPL for sun damage. Noticeably better after the first treatment. Highly recommend Jenny. Very experienced and put me at my ease straightaway.

The staff was very nice. The laser hair removal was dine with the soprano machine and it was painless. Love the results.

Been going to EFmedspa for about 3 years now St John’s Wood branch. Staff are friendly and treatments are quite effective however just a little too pushy with the sales. I am a high spending customer and shouldn’t feel the pressure to keep topping up on my treatments.

I've always been self-conscious about my skin with decades of acne, rosacea, and sun damage. Through several treatments spread out across this time and with continued support and education, I have been able to tame my red face. One of the first suggestions during my consultation was to use a dairy-free diet which I denied and fought tooth and nail.
