Insufficient options
The app is fast and easy to use if you want to do an individual parking for a few hours or a day.
But many people, like me, park in car parks where we need to park there all week. The car parks offer a one week ticket at a substantial discount at their terminals; the app does not offer this option. This means that I will not use the app, even though it would have been much easier. I think this is a missed revenue stream for EasyPark, and a feature that customers would want.

The app is set up with the same prices and discounts you would get if you pay at the terminal. This is a general rule, and if this is not what you experience where you park, we would like to take a closer look at the case.
