Unprofessional

We were regular customers at this garage for the maintenance of our company vehicles. And every time we dropped off a vehicle, it was returned dirty, only partially serviced (requiring us to reschedule an appointment to finish the job), damaged with new dents and scratches on the body and rims, with the battery at 0%, our personal belongings mishandled—completely unrelated to the work performed on the vehicle—and with at least 10 extra kilometers on the odometer. This time, we had to wait nearly two months before getting our vehicle back. This garage is simply unprofessional. The quality of their maintenance service is practically nonexistent. Entrust your car and everything inside it to them at your own risk; they will not take any responsibility. No one dares to admit their incompetence.

Every Visit the Same: Ignored, Dismissed, and Treated with Contempt

For five years, I have brought my Audi to Audi DragonBoss for service, and every single visit has been marked by the same pattern: rudeness, arrogance, and complete disregard for basic customer service.

I always arrive with a pre-scheduled appointment. Yet, without fail, I stand there ignored while staff walk past me, greet customers who came after me, and only acknowledge my presence once I forcefully raise my voice. This is not an isolated incident—it has happened every single time for five years.

The staff are consistently short, dismissive, and snarky. Their demeanor is not professional; it is small-minded arrogance, astonishingly misplaced in what is supposed to be a premium brand service center. What I find most telling is the attitude: the smugness of attendants who seem to believe they are doing the customer a favor simply by acknowledging them.

A bad day I can understand. An off interaction I can forgive. But five years of identical treatment cannot be excused. It speaks to a culture of contempt for customers and an utter absence of accountability or training.

If not for the fact that my vehicle requires Audi-specific service, I would never set foot in this dealership again. I would strongly caution anyone considering this location: expect arrogance, neglect, and disrespect at every step. This is the opposite of what one should expect from a brand like Audi, and it is frankly appalling.
