Heidi made our experience as seamless…

Heidi made our experience as seamless as could be! My wife and I came in to clean up some old accounts and apply for an auto loan. Start to finish Heidi was a pleasure to work with. One of the most knowledgeable, efficient and professional Member Service Specialists we’ve had the opportunity to work with! We would recommend her to anyone looking to bank with DCU!

Great experience with DCU

Great experience with DCU - (as always) Wait time was minimal, service was excellent and quick. I was provided with information on how to make more interest on my savings accounts. Service representative was very friendly. Great Job!!

Great customer service

Wait times on the customer service line have improved significantly. The rep I spoke with was helpful and pointed out solutions to needs I didn't know I had. Customer service at DCU has always been good, but this time, they went a step above. Thanks!
