Customer service was so patient and helpful. I enjoy doing business with people that accommodate your necessities. I asked a lot of questions about interest rates, checking, savings, and other services. I would definitely recommend friends and family to invest in DCU products. My daughter got her first loan through DCU when she graduated high school. Very happy with their professionalism and customer service.

We met with Mercia at Burlington and she was the best. Our auto loan was pre-approved but needed to be authorized on the weekend. She worked so hard to get everything in and approved before the bank closed. We can't thank her enough. Burlington has always had amazing advisors.
