Eddy

I spoke with Eddy about wire transfers, which i know nothing about. After speaking with Eddy, I am fully confident with my knowledge of wire transfers. Eddy explained the process step by step, answering every question i threw at him. He was also incredibly kind, congratulating me on my recent house purchase. This is the type of employee that all other employees should model their work after. Thank you SO much Eddy!

Dwayne was an amazing help with walking me through my personal loan application and gave great information along the way were i didn't have any questions to ask afterwards

Shwana was very helpful and…

Shwana was very helpful and knowledgeable about my request. I needed a physical statement mailed to my new address , which she promptly put in a request for instead of me having to go to the app to toggle my paperless preferences. Very quick service! Thank you DCU!
