I was so happy with the customer service rep that I had. She was extremely helpful and provided me with not only the info but also an explanation of why. She even told me about advantage saving and how it will help me grow my money which was great. This was the best service I have received.

The automated phone system was a little rough, but when I was connected to a person, that person was helpful, genuine, and capable. I have always had good experiences with DCU and this was yet another. Thank you so much!
