freebnb.in and all similar sites don't pay.... once you request withdraw, the block your account ....they discover bot / double account / etc / exactly in withdraw moments......they are extremely polite to explain the situation, but don't pay....so it is your decision to work or not with this site.....

I had a very frustrating experience with CSSBuy.

I already paid the shipping fee for my package. After the payment, CSSBuy informed me that they would not ship my package unless I deposited an additional 240.8 RMB into my account using another payment method such as Wise, Alipay or crypto.

They claim that this extra amount is only for “verification” and will not be deducted, but this requirement was not clearly explained before I paid the shipping fee.

I repeatedly asked them to either ship my package using the amount already paid, provide the exact official policy that requires this additional deposit, or refund the shipping fee. Instead, I keep receiving essentially the same response telling me to deposit more money.

For me, the biggest problem is the lack of transparency. A customer should know about this kind of requirement before paying for shipping.

I will update this review if CSSBuy provides a proper solution, ships my package without requiring an unexpected additional deposit, or issues a refund.

Recharge System just doesn't work.

Tried to complete the "simple" recharge wallet submission via Wise payment. Caused an absolute headache as they were expecting a GBP payment, despite sending the funds in CNY/RMB. Customer service were painful to deal with, tried to tell me I hadn't sent enough money when they were showing me someone else's transfer. Made all the excuses under the sun about not being able to process the recharge. Stated their finance department weren't working, but then quoted responses from their finance department during customer service chat.

If you're going to deal with them, just accept you'll be paying additional inflated conversion rates when paying via credit card. The wallet recharge process to try and save money isn't remotely worth the hassle.

I purchased few item on their website and they started charging me for storage, rehearsal, shipping , etc, charge after charge, I contacted their customer service and they went through the same process of charging for this and that,I finally gave up.
It is a ripping off website and be AWARE , STAY OFF

In my opinion, Cssbuy is the best shipping agent out there. They have the cheapest shipping prices, and very fast support. I have nothing bad to say about them, and would recommend Cssbuy to anyone who wants a reliable shipping agent.

The service works fine you can use it do do a ressel items and make some extra money or use to get some rare itens you want.

CSSBuy is a Chinese company that is extremely dishonest with buyers; I have videos and photos proving my order arrived destroyed due to their own negligence, even though I had paid for a fake insurance policy they offered. I lost 1,500 reais (300 dollars) because it was confirmed that they did not pack my product correctly or honestly. I do not recommend buying from this fraudulent company.

The website is extremely buggy and frustrating to use. Sometimes the wrong icon is displayed for an item. For example, a black T-shirt icon would show up when I selected a white T-shirt. This was CSSBuy’s fault and not an issue with the actual listing, and the misleading icon is actually what caused me to order the wrong color and ultimately return the T-shirt. The return process was another major problem. When I tried to return the item, I received little to no information about what was happening with it, and the return itself took an extremely long time. To make things worse, the amount eventually refunded to my account was at least four times less than what I originally paid. The refunded funds also took so long to appear that I had already shipped my parcel several days before the refund even showed up. Even then, the website wouldn't let me withdraw the remaining balance. Order notes were also unreliable, as they would simply disappear after placing an order. I had to contact support just to provide instructions for rehearsal packing, and despite doing so, the instructions weren't followed anyway. The shipping statuses were buggy as well and would often update days later than they should have, making it difficult to know what was actually happening with my parcel. The only reason I'm giving CSSBuy a very generous rating of 2 stars instead of 1 is because, somehow, my package did eventually arrive at my door, and CSSBuy had the lowest shipping prices compared with other agents at the time. I guess you get what you pay for.
