No way of contact he driver or the company- the number on their website does not respond and the supposed help desk appears to be totally non existent.

If I could give a minus star I would do so.
They cancelled by email (not even from the company name) only the afternoon before my move. No curtesy phone call. Then send a refund which takes 10 days. I had to pay a surcharge to other companies to get a late booking of £100. Would Recomend you find someone else to do your job these guys are not professionals.
