Went to Woking Clarks for my son's shoes.The staff there were overworking and well trained.I needed my son's feet measured,and almost immediately,a kind and respectful worker called Zyva helped me.Overall 10/10 would recommend.

Kerry at Clark’s in Gunwharf gave us excellent support in finding a first pair of shoes for our son. She was so helpful and great at her job - we’ll be back soon for the next pair

Rashid was very helpful here he accommodated our needs and helped with our little ones shoes, very nice and kind, he is a credit to your company, the Selly Oak staff are very pleasant here and very friendly, Rashid made it so easy to pick the shoes we want for our children, this is why I always come to this store in Selly oak and will do every time.

I visited Burnley Clarks store with my 4 yr old grandson for his first school shoes. Unfortunately, the experience was very stressful: the assistant was not confident in measuring his feet. We ended up with the wrong shoe size and also when we got home I realised she had given us the wrong pair of shoes! She was also quite rude and was pushing me to buy the first pair of shoes. She couldn’t be bothered when I asked her to try on different styles and only did so reluctantly. She obviously needs more training in customer relations and shoe measurement. A waste of an afternoon and I had to take the shoes back and start the process all over again.

I visited the Manchester Fort shop and was served by Olivia. She couldn't have been more helpful. She helped my elderly dad by measuring his feet and getting him the right shoes to help his walking. Because she was so helpful my mum also decided to get a new pair of shoes.
Would definitely recommend this store and the shoes are fantastic too!

I was served by jasmine-she was professional and pleasant in her work. Staff were well organised and communicated well with each other at this busy time of the year ( school shoes)- my name was on the list and they expected me.

We were looked after by Becky in the Milton Keynes store today. I had spent the entire day so far looking for school shoes and stressed doesn't cover how I was feeling with my autistic daughter who is fussy about shoes to say the least!! The store was packed and so busy (as you'd expect the week before back to school!!!) however Becky was absolutely outstanding. She paid attention to our concerns around the fit and what struggles we had faced before with shoes, she was patient when my daughter kept moving away and struggled to stay still for the fit checks, and she worked with us to find a pair of shoes that ticked all the boxes without being pushy and ignoring our needs just to try and secure a sale. She really was an absolutely fantastic end to a frankly horrible day and I can't thank her enough for making the final hurdle as easy as possible!!!!!

Today I went to Aylesbury Clark’s to find the right school shoes for my daughter. My daughter has a very picky for the size of the shoes. However, there is a staff, who helped us for the entire time. Even when she is struggling with the size for a long time, he helped us and listened to us with his amazing and patient customer service for the whole time. I would say he is amazing and very helpful. Happy that Clark’s has this amazing staff. We are 200% satisfied for the experience. His name is Benjamin (Aylesbury)

The assistant, Hanaa A, at the Derby shop was excellent. She listened and communicated very well. She measured my daughter's feet and showed us some wide feet shoes. She was super polite, friendly and very helpful. Thanks for the great service Hanaa.

If I could rate the online teams customer service no stars I would.
One of the worst i have experienced.
They cut customer off don’t call customers. Please don’t use the online website they don’t send order don’t tell you they are not going to send your order.

We went to the Tandem Centre Wimbledon and our customer service assistant Farhana was incredibly helpful. She was extremely patient and went above and beyond to help us find new school shoes for our daughter and walking shoes for our toddler.

We went to the Bolton Middlebrook store today for our booked appointment for school shoes. My daughter has two slightly different sized feet so we needed to try on multiple shoes to see which fit was best. Awal who assisted was incredibly patient and helpful, ensuring we found shoes my daughter loved but that were also functional and comfortable. Very happy with the service and will continue to use Clarks for school shoes.
