Himani at the West Bromwich branch was so helpful. We needed 2 pairs of school shoes

Good customer service, very polite and patient with my 2 gremlins (aged 6 and 7)

Visited the Grimsby store for 2 children's shoe fittings one of which has special needs. Millie took extra care throughout the appointment and made what could have been a very challenging endeavour easy and pleasant.

We were warmly greeted by an associate by the name of Webber. We were Asked if we had any questions. Webber was so friendly when helping us convert shoe sizes and getting us a variety of styles to try on. We made our decisions and purchases. She made it a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Pretty much immediate service (without being pushy). We were helped by Poppy at Harlow store, who was very attentive and knowledgeable of the product range.
Although the store didn't have the exact size in stock, a pair was ordered and we were given the choice of store or home delivery (free above £50).
The 'High Street' only stands a chance of survival with staff and companies employing staff that offer great personal service. This is one example of hope.

Brian in the Grafton Street store was lovely to deal with and very helpful.

I placed an online order for school shoes for the kids on Aug 1st (3 for 2 offer). 2 sizes were too small so opted to exchange immediately and posted on Aug 6th. Aug 12th I received a confirmation email saying shoes were received and exchange would be processed. No word a week later so I contact customer service who tell me that I'd selected return not exchange (a lie) and they would now process a refund and 15% off code for inconvenience. I'd sent sizes request both online and on the return slip and if that had been the case they wouldn't have waited until I contacted them to process a refund. Ridiculous attitude, a week before school starts!

Visited Clarks on Grafton Street, Brian was super helpful and friendly.

We took are grandchildren to riverside Norwich, and we were so impressed with our assistant Jake, he was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble,

Shopped in grafton street today. Brian looked after me, he was very pleasant and helpful and made my shopping experience very easy.

Customer care team is awful. I have emailed twice about a problem and received no response. Unhappy with my experience and will no longer shop at Clarks.

Fantastic experience fitting and buying my daughter’s first pair of shoes at Clarks Selly Oak. Gibril approached me to offer help and was so friendly and helpful and made the experience really special. I also appreciated his knowledge.

We just turned up without an appointment to Clarks, Cribs Causeway. We only waited 15mins or so and were then expertly looked after by Irene who was patient and helpful in kitting out our 2 grandchildren (aged 8 & 5) with school shoes and the younger one with trainers too. Good to know that feet are still measured and shoes are checked for fit, comfort and growing room.

Great experience shopping. It was very busy but Brian was extremely helpful, attentive and very polite.

Helen was amazing with the young person I look after who has special needs. She even let him have his feet measured at the door of the shop as he didn't want to come in the shop. She even played along with him using his special interest sponge bob to get him involved. She was kind,caring and empathetic. This was the very first time he has had his feet measured successfully and he is 15.

We was welcomed by Rashid who was extremely helpful and had us in and out in record timing with exactly what we wanted. Can’t recommend more
