Great process

Superb Service

We had an excellent experience purchasing our new MG S9 from Chorley MG. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, straightforward, and completely hassle-free.

A special thank you to Megan, who provided superb service throughout. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed every step of the way, making the entire purchase feel seamless. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made collecting our new car today a really enjoyable experience.

We're absolutely delighted with our new MG S9 and couldn't be happier with the outstanding customer service we received. We would highly recommend Chorley Group to anyone looking for a new car, and especially Megan for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable.

Be very weary of finance negotiations

Very Disappointing experience with Chorley Motors.
Approached dealership excited about buying a car, but unfortunately the overall process left us feeling uncomfortable and lacking extreme confidence especially in the transparency of the finance and negotiation discussions. I’d be very weary going in as a naive customer.
While the staff were polite throughout (typically sales trained) the experience ultimately became stressful rather than enjoyable, and despite raising our concerns directly with management, we remain disappointed with the outcome and overall handling of the matter.

Had a great experience with this…

Had a great experience with this company. Had a fair way to travel to see the vehicle and was relying on the companies description of it, and it was as described, if not better !
Adam looked after me without the usual pressure sell.
I have no hesitation in recommending Chorley Preston and their website will be my first port of call in should I consider another purchase

Great Experience, especially with Adam

I went to view a car with Adam but it was not quite what I was looking for. Him and his manager then went out of their way to find me the car I wanted and at a great price. They delivered it for me and dealt with the paperwork to de-register my old car making it easy to do business with them.
The service was amazing, did not feel pressured in any way, such a friendly team each and every one of the people I dealt with. I can't recommend them highly enough for anyone looking to buy a car.

The staff were amazing. Especially Sean Black

The staff were amazing, no hard sell just honest answers to questions. The sales team told me to take time to think about the car before committing to buy. I have never ever come across this before as most sales staff sell their products with a hard sell. It really was a pleasure doing business with them.

Chorley Group MG

Our 2021 MG HS developed multiple sensor faults, followed by a "Start/Stop System Fault – Consult Handbook" warning and the engine management light before completely failing to start, leaving us stranded over 200 miles from home.

Despite repeatedly contacting Chorley Group for help, we've been left without a solution. We were told manager Stuart would contact us, but after multiple requests we've received no response.
It's now been a week since we first contacted MG, and we still have no idea how we're getting home. The lack of communication, support and customer care has been incredibly stressful and disappointing.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Chorley Group and hope they improve how they support customers when vehicles become undriveable.

From the moment I entered the show room…

From the moment I entered the show room I knew what I wanted. They never tried to deter me into buying something I didn’t want. The sales man Dawid was brilliant from start to finish. They even delivered my car to my home. So far I can not fault them. I love my Citroen C3 thanks guys

I recently bought a van from Chorley…

I recently bought a van from Chorley group from Chorley. It was amazing experience from start to finish. Brett was amazing dealing with. Very responsive from start to finish . Also big shout out to Ian for delivering van very early. Sorry Ian I forgot to offer you a lift to train station . I was bit over excited to see my van . 6am delivery from Ian was awesome 🙏

My experience from start to finish was smooth and clear. Within a week of choosing the car I wanted I was swapping my old car over.
