We experienced a significant disappointment with the recent property viewing process. The appointment, while commencing promptly, quickly exposed the agent's (Eli) inability to answer fundamental questions, though this was a secondary concern. Despite our timely submission of the required deposit and all requested documentation, complications arose.

It was subsequently revealed that the property owner was reportedly unaware that the agency was actively marketing the house for rent. Furthermore, despite our full compliance with all procedural requirements, the owner elected to continue showing the house, and no justification for this decision was provided to us.

It is critical to highlight that the agency retained our deposit for a period of two weeks without any clear rationale. Communication throughout this process was severely lacking, with email responses consistently delayed by a minimum of three to four days. This demonstrates a clear deficiency in the agency's preparation and professionalism. In summary, the service rendered was unsatisfactory, and we strongly advise prospective renters to seek representation from a more competent and detail-oriented agency.

I strongly recommend that everyone use another agency to avoid the non-competency and all the burden coming with it.

Mr. Ben was highly helpful from before renting (e.g., showing the place) to after (e.g., handling deposit issues). He was also very fast in responding and a very positive person.

Had an horrible experience with them. They listed the properties ages of construction as 2007. The property was at Vander Aastraat, Machelen, Belgium.
I was about to purchase it and had consulted a expert to validate the state of the house. On verification, it was revealed that the house was built before 2002 and it needed asbestos certification and also some of living area was counted as one even though the roof heights were less than the legally allowed height. These are people who fudge facts to sell the property at a higher rate to get maximum profit. A lot of positive ratings i believe are from sellers. If you are a buyer, stay away from these people.

I found the team very patient, collaborative and attentive to the customer's needs. A special plus to Esma the sales assistant.

We had an appartment via 21sr century and our contact person Angelo is really incompetent and has very less information and just works for his commission. He didn’t informed us well about the charges of building and now we are facing alot of problems and it’s very high beyond our reach now . We asked him several times but he just gave us an estimate well he can easily ask property owner . A big blunder to trust him and we will suffer now . Not at all trust worthy .
