I spoke to Gary at Budget windscreens got a good price for screen replacement and date for fitter to call,two days latter Derron arrived and fitted new windscreen who was very polite and friendly and did a great job .couldn't ask for better service,budget should be very proud of them both,thankyou so much. Mostly good...
Competitive price, efficient fitter.
However, the new windscren was cracked in th corner, necessitating a three day pause for a repeat visit. It seems checking stock is not done so an extra journey was the result. Rearranging my diary to accommodate the additional day was inconvenient, too.

We do, however, apologize for the inconvenience caused when the replacement windscreen was found to be cracked. Unfortunately, despite the care taken by both ourselves and our suppliers, occasional damage can occur during transportation or handling before installation. In these circumstances, our technicians will always refuse to fit damaged glass, even if it means delaying the job, as we would never compromise on quality or safety.
We completely understand that the additional appointment and the need to rearrange your diary was frustrating, and we're sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
That said, we're pleased that we were able to source a replacement screen quickly and return within a few days to complete the installation.
